Chapter 23 Uncomfortably

Chapter 23

Third person POV.
Damian just couldn't stop thinking about what she had said. How would she know that they where there for her and not to get something to eat?

Before they both turned down the isle Jade, Dick and Jason were down Katherine leans in and kiss his cheek before she skipped away and went to stand by her Aunt.

Damian grins at the ground as he pushed over to them.

Damian POV.
How did I end up pushing the cart? Damn it.

Third person POV.
Jason would brush his finger over her body as Jade was turned away from them or wasn't paying any attention to them. Katherine would blush but quickly brush it off.

Damian would scoff when he saw it happen. He really still doesn't like it. He would glare at Jason, and Jason would just smirk at him, making Damian more mad. Dick was in between them most of the time.

Dick was making sure both of his younger brothers were acting good and not making it obvious towards Jade and Katherine.

Even though Katherine had slowly clued in on what was happening. She thought it was funny. But she also felt bad that they were mad at each other. She felt bad that they had to share her. She doesn't think it would be a great idea for her Aunt to know that all four of Bruce's kids are her soulmate. Not yet atleast.

The only one who had cought on was Jason. He saw it, not by her face expression, but by her eyes. They showed so much, there was happiness, lust, love, sadness, depression, anxiety and guilt ridden in them.

He just didn't know why she felt guilty, depressed or anxiety ridden. He wants to know why. But to many people stood close by.... and her Aunt was there standing so close by Katherine. Of course he couldn't talk to her yet. Her Aunt thinks they just met her a couple of days ago. So acting all close to her would be... very creepy.

He is also a good amount of years older then her. So.... not now. He will talk to her when he can.... if he can.

Time skip.

It's been a good amount of time since they been shopping and Katherine ended up sitting in the cart and being filled with food on top of her. She had her head rested back and she tired her best to stay up. Her Aunt was getting Dicks help filling the two carts up.

"How much do you think this is going to cost?" Jason asks. "Probably a lot" Katherine grumbled out. Damian looked over and smiled at his small sleepy soulmate.

Her eyes were slowly closing as her head rested downwards. Damian push the cart she was in so he had a better view of her beautiful face.

He winces as she sees how she was laying uncomfortably in the cart... plus tones of warm and cold things stacked on top of her. They were almost done.... only 4 or five more isles, then pay, bag, take to car and then leave and go home to unpack food and put away the food before they could even go to sleep. They can put everything else away tomorrow morning.

Damian Wayne POV.
My eyes stayed locked onto my beloved form, she looks very uncomfortable, but she still slept.

"You know what..... I have been thinking that this might be her hurting her. So... could you all help me get the food off of her and then could one of you take her to the car?" Jade said.

You think?

"Yeah, sure" Dick said.

I walk around them and help take tones of food off of her, as we got the last item off of her I quickly grab a hold of her. Her eyes quickly openel and her arms went around my shoulders.

"What-what's happening?" She asks. "It's fine dear. Damian is just going go take you to car. I will be done very soon" Jade said.

I continue to pick her up from the cart and place her to her feet. "Ok" Katherine mumbles out. She leans her body towards me and close her eyes again. I wrap my arms around her body and picked her up like what I would do on our wedding day.

I looked away from Katherine, "I would need you're keys" I said sticking my hand out as much as I could. Jade smiles big and place her keys into the palm of my hand. I grasp them, "Thank you"
