Chapter 8: All's well that ends well

Kip strolled downtown, and walked into the castle, gleaming, like a supernova when he walked in. He presented the amulet to the mayor, and the mayor was astonished that the kid was even alive. Kip was presented an award for his bravery, and Jonathan was honored for taking Kip under his wing. As for Sophie and Konnor, well, they were just given nothing, but they didn't really care. It was now time to get rid of these stupid bone creatures. Kip climbed to the top of the tower, and placed forth the amulet onto the bell, and Jonathan climbed the tower as well. The amulet was on top of the bell now, and Kip took his sword, unsheathed it as the whole town watched, and he hit the bell with such power that the amulet erupted with noise throughout the city, and there was a big explosion of light. The town was covered in light from head to toe for a few seconds. Everybody looked outside the castle, and the Bone Creatures were... gone. Finally, for the first time in 200 years, the walls were coming down. This was just the beginning. Kip danced around town, doing his 'victory' dance. As for Jonathan, he celebrated by going to the pub, like many others. "Care to join me?" Jonathan asked Kip. "Don't mind if I do!" Kip said, walking in the pub with Jonathan. I think that's where our story ends. If you guys liked it, i'll definitely do another book, not a sequel, but a different book, unless you want a sequel , I don't have much time, that's why the story was shorter than i'd like it to be, but yeah, hope you liked it!
