The next day, at Luke's place
Luke's P.O.V
I'm sitting in the kitchen with Alex's favorite cup with some coffee in it, trying to think what the hell was on her mind when she decided to stay with that psychopath.
"Morning brother", May greets me.
"Hey sis. You want some coffee?", I ask.
"Yeah sure", she says and couple of seconds later we hear the doorbell ringing. "I got this", May adds.
When she comes back she has a letter in her hands, and soon the boys join us.
"It's from Alex", she says and she hands it to me.
I take it and I open it and I read it with loud voice.
Dear Luke, Eli, Damien, Ryan and May ,
"If you receive this letter , it means that I did something really stupid and it ended with me dead. I want you to continue your lives without me, I want you to find happiness again. Luke, I want you to move on from me. I know it's going to be hard for you to do that, but try, please, your happiness is important. I'm going to watch you from above. I'm sorry for every time that I let you down, this time being one of those times. I chose you to live and me to die in order to protect you.

She's gone. No, please God, no. Tears started to fall on my face.
She's dead. My beautiful girl, she's gone.
Meanwhile, at the warehouse
Alexis's P.O.V
Beep! Beep! Beep!
Ugh! Stupid alarm. I stop it and I face the ceiling. Today I feel...empty. It's like I lost something inside of me. And then it hits me. I am dead to Luke. I am dead to the family that had my back. Tears fall on my cheeks and I let them. I let them to fall. I bury my head into the pillow, while my heart is getting broken into millions of pieces. It's getting so hard to breath, I could never forgive myself for what I did.
I take the little strength left in me to get up from the bed and go to the bathroom to wash my face with cold water.
I take a look in the mirror and all I can see is emptiness. Nothing and no one can make me feel alive again.
I brush my teeth, the hair and I return to the room where I change the clothes. The race is coming up and I still have some things to fix at the car.
I get out of the room and I go to the garage, where as usual I find Cole siting on a chair waiting for me.
"Morning Lex", he says but I don't answer. I'm not in the mood to talk. "Not even a 'morning idiot'?", he adds and I get under the car continuing my job.
I feel how my leg is grabbed and I am dragged out.
"What do you want?", I ask bitterly.
"Oh finally, you talked. I thought that cat ate your tongue", he says and I roll my eyes.
"Care to share something important or not?", I ask.
"Well now that you started to talk, yes. One, let me buy you a coffee and two, you have 2 more nights to fix the car. The race is close"
"No shit Sherlock, thanks for reminding me. And about that coffee, I prefer making myself one", I answer.
"For once, can you be a nice girl and accept my offer?"
"For once can you stop trying to get in my pants and let me do my job?"
"You're so damn lucky that Aaron will kill me if I do something to you"
"Yeah yeah, whatever you say", I roll my eyes.
Couple of hours later
After many tries from Cole, I finally gave up and I let him buy me a coffee, and of course we had to ask for Aaron's approval to get out of the warehouse to go at Starbucks.
After Cole bought coffee, he insisted to go on a hill to admire the view. Well, we can agree on something.
I turn off the engine and I get out of the car, jumping on its hood, laying down and admire the stars.
Of course Cole had to do the same thing without asking.
"Can I sit, right?", he asks after he did it.
"Just shut up and admire the view", I say without looking at him.
"I'll take that as a yes", he says and I swear that I can see him smirking.
I take a deep breath and I close my eyes for a few seconds.

Luke's P.O.V
I'm sitting in the backyard, crying about the loss of my girl. I knew that she will do dumb shit because of her smart ass mouth, but I didn't think that this time it will be this bad.
Damn you Alex! For leaving me alone!
If I will find you in hell, I swear I'm going to kill you with my bare hands.
"Hey bro", Damien says. "We found pictures in the letter that Alex sent us", he adds. He hands them to and I see a car on fire.
"It doesn't look like the Demon", I say.
"No, it doesn't. It may be one of Aaron's cars. I tried to track him down, but it's no use. He's gone. It's like he disappeared from LA"
"There's no point in tracking him down. It's not going to bring my girl back", I say.
"What do you want us to do?", Damien asks.
"Well, we'll try to respect Alex's wish. After all, this is all we can do"
"She was one of the real ones. It's going to be hard"
"I know bro, I know", I say and I am looking to the sky.
