We Steal a UFO But It's Not That Exciting

We end up in the big UFO that crashed through the ceiling of the throne room. The guards weren't that hard to fight, surprisingly, even without Mjölnir. Loki knocked one down and I hit him on the head hard to knock him out. There were five of them that we took down like this.

I'm surprised I didn't get impaled through the stomach with a sword.

"Who knows how to fly this?" I ask.

Jane looks at Thor and Loki, who in turn both look at me.

Loki narrows his eyes. "I'm surprised you don't know how to fly this, given that you seem to know everything else."

Yeah, well, movies don't cover how to fly their UFOs. I shrug instead. "I don't. So what do we do?"

"I can try," Thor says, stepping up to the control panel thing. I have no idea what the hell it's called.

"No, you'll break it," Loki says while Thor starts to smash buttons. I feel the craft begin to lift up into the air and then there's a crashing noise. We must have hit the edge of the giant hole in the ceiling.

I roll my eyes and watch the two brothers argue as the craft gets higher and higher.

Then it lurches to a stop, and starts again, hurtling forward at an incredibly high speed.

Jane sighs and faints.

I can't stop myself from saying the iconic line in the exact accent from the movie, at the same time as Loki. "Oh dear, is she dead?"

I burst out laughing and Loki looks at me suspiciously.

He has serious trust issues. He's right, though. He'll be proven right if I try to enact my plan. That is, if this goes exactly like the movie did.

But without Mjolnir, I'm not sure how much of a fool's chance we have against the Dark Elves.

"I'm fine," Jane sighs from the floor.

What a shame.

"Not a word." Thor growls as several smaller Asgardian ships start following us.

"Now they're following us." Loki begins his commentary. The smaller ships start firing at us. "Now they're firing at us!"

"Yes, thank you for the commentary, Loki! It's not at all distracting!" Our ship then decides to hit a massive stone monument of King Bor, breaking the/his head off.

"Well done, you just decapitated your grandfather." The smaller ships continue to follow and fire at us as they fly over Asgard. "You know, this is wonderful. This is a tremendous idea. Let's steal the biggest, most obvious ship in the universe and escape in that. Flying around the city, smashing into everything in sight so everyone can see us. It's brilliant, Thor! It's truly brilliant!"

Then Thor pushes Loki and I--What did I do?--and picks up Jane. He jumps off the flying ship and lands onto a smaller ship being flown by Fandral. Loki and I have also fallen onto the ship.

Fandral laughs, "I see your time in the dungeons has made you no less graceful, Loki."

The Asgardian ships above them continue to follow and fire at Malekith's ship, since they think that Thor is still on there.
