KionxZuri

Kion has a crush

So apparently there are not alot of kionxzuri stories, granted there are little to no kionxzuri stories on wattpad, they are mostly on fanfiction.net or youtube. So I decided to make my own kionxZuri book, and hopefully this will spark others to write kionxzuri stories as well, lets begin.

Ever since he laid his eyes on her, Kion has had a HUGE crush on Zuri, she is all he would think about. Kion would try to flirt with her, but he is just a 12 year old cub that doesn't know how to properly impress a girl (YES, they do have human lifespans). Almost every day Kion would try to impress Zuri, but to no avail. Kiara found it annoying, but Tiffu found it adorable that Kion tries to impress Zuri, as for Zuri, she just sees Kion as annoying.

Then one day Kion and Bunga were playing baobab ball when Bunga walked into the outlands and got captured by a couple of hyenas. Kion told them to let bunga go but they wouldn't listen, then Kion used the roar of the elders to scare them off.

"KION, that was un-bunga-lievable" said Bunga impressed by what Kion did.

"thanks bunga, what do you think that was"

"No clue, but it was awesome"

"Do you think this will impress Zuri"

"Dude, almost every day you try to impress her, face it, she doesn't like you"

"I know but, she is just so wonderful, how can I move on from her"

"Dude, this is why you need a backup crush, an alternative to your main crush if she rejects you"

"I guess you are right, i have been so focused on Zuri I never thought about other Girls, But I still want to impress Zuri"

"Loving someone is like if you were to be hanging on a cliff, and trusting them not to make you fall to your death, Zuri would proudly kick you off"

"Thanks bunga" said Kion irritated"

Kion eventually learned about the Lion Guard, although the the thought of defending the pridelands does make Kion feel good, he was mostly focused by the fact that this could impress Zuri. But when Zuri got her claw stuck in a tree, bunga made it worse, so kion pulled bunga to the side.

"Bunga what did you just do"

"I tried to help, you know, because were the lion guard"

"You just made Zuri break her claw"

"Yeah, that was my bad"

"Look, bunga, I really Like her, you know that, just please, I don't want to mess up"

"alright, but remember, you need a backup crush"

"i guess you are right"

Kion assembled the lion guard and defeated Janja and his hyenas, and used the roar to get rid of them. Tiffu watched in awe and ran home.

"Hey Zuri" said Tiffu greeting her friend

"Oh hey Tiffu" said Zuri

"how is your claw feeling"

"its still hurts, why is Kion so annoying"

"I saw Kion and his friends defeat a bunch of hyenas, and he even used a powerful roar"

"why does Kion always try to impress me, I don't like him"

"Kion is willing to do anything for you, you should know that, I would give anything to have a boyfriend like him"

Tiffu walked away while Zuri was left to think. She does find Kion annoying but kion is selfless and always thinks about others. But Zuri brushed off those thoughts and decided to rest.

I know this chapter is short but this chapter is supposed to set up the premise of this story. I am also writing a Lion King AU with a kionxtiffu subplot, so check it out.
