Wanda x Shuri

Soulmates (They meet at Wakanda after the events of civil war)

She didn't know what was going on. One second she was laying in her cell barely conscious while her color shocked her until she felt like she should give up on life to the doors of her cell bursting open and Clint carrying her all the way back to some jet where the rest of Steve's team was waiting. All she remembered was seeing the blurry outline of Clint's worried face before she blacked out. 

When she woke up she could hear loud voices talking over her and opened her eyes just enough to see herself being pushed through a hallway before she made eye contact with a girl on the left side of her transport. Not wanting to be rude but loosing consciousness she managed a small "Hi" before slipping back into the darkness and blacking out missing the shocked look on the young women's face.

Shuri didn't know what was happening really. But all she knew was that some girl covered in blood and unconscious was put in her care and then she was moving down the hallway towards the medical center talking with a man known as Clint as they pushed the unconscious girl down the hallway trying to save her. 

Then she felt eyes on her an turned to see the seemingly unconscious girls eyes partially open  and then whispered one word, "Hi" and that one word barely whispered made her soul mark flare to life.

Her soulmate.

This was her soulmate . She was here. She was with her. But she was barely alive. 

Panic filled her. She had to save her. She started to move faster. They hooked the girl up to the table and analyzed and Shuri's heart plummeted into her stomach. 

She had multiple cuts and stab wounds all over her body and marks from what seemed to be a shock collar on her neck and to make matters worse her breathing was getting shallower with every breath.  

In full panic mode Shuri sprang into action almost immediately trying to stop the blood and rap up all the wounds. Then once she made sure all the blood had stopped flowing from the various places on her body she moved onto her neck where she found some sort of chip. A power reducer to be exact.

Shuri went right to work and as soon as she pulled the chip from the poor girls neck she was blasted backward by a blast of red which had begun to swirl around the girl on the table lifting her up into the air as she screamed in pain and then Shuri understood. 

The girl had powers. That chip had blocked her powers so that they could torture her. 

And now as the girl screamed in the air all of her wounds began to vanish. Blood gone. burn marks vanished and her heart rate became steady. 

And then she collapsed. 

Having spent what seemed to be the rest of her energy the girl remained unconscious as she fell to the ground straight out of the air and would have banged her head if Shuri didn't rush forward and catch the small girl in her arms. 

She was light. To light for Shuri's liking. She should not be this easy for her to carry.

Setting the weak girl back down Shuri ran scans all over the girls body and let out a breath of relief. All of her wounds were gone and healed. The only problem now was the fact that she was extremely malnourished. She would fix that.

Doing another check she finally found her information. 

Wanda Maximoff. 

Her soulmate was Wanda Maximoff. Know by the name Scarlet Witch and a known member of the Avengers. She came from Sokovia. Lost her parents to a bombing and her and her twin were abducted by Hydra from the streets where they got their powers. She had the ability to warp reality while he had hyper mobility. But in the battle against Ultron her twin had died and she had left the city with the Avengers with who she was living with now. 

Her soulmate had been through so much and it pained her heart. But she was here now and Shuri promised to take care of her from then on. 

Just then Wanda eyes fluttered open and locked eyes with Shuri. 

Shuri only said one thing, "Hi" and Wanda's eyes lit up.

And in that moment they both knew they were home.
