Soulmates #5

Wanda and Thor first met on the Hydra base in Sokovia but never spoke any words towards each other. Even without the binding words Thor felt drawn to the girl and kept casting glances at her throughout the search for the tersseract but, was never able to get anywhere near her because of her super overprotective twin who ran around faster than anyone could see him. Wanda however was to immersed in her anger to even notice the god was even in the room, the only thing on her mind was revenge. 

Wanda and Thor's next encounter was in the warehouse with Ultron. She blinded by her anger and pain warped his and all the other avengers minds. But when he got out of his vision all he saw was a blue streak and a fading red leaving the warehouse and he knew he had lost her. 

Wanda and Thor met again in headquarters for the creation of Vision. But neither had spoken a word to the other. Wanda to preoccupied with her thoughts and her brother while, Thor took care of Vision all the while casting glances at Wanda from across the room which she was obviously oblivious to. But Thor soon lost sight of her as the touched do in Sokovia as she immediately raced out jet to get the people out. 

The next time Thor saw Wanda was when they all fought in the church. He stayed close to her making sure she was okay for a reason even he didn't know. She however handled herself just fine and even stayed behind to protect the core while the others raced off to finish the fight. 

Next time Thor heard her. Her loud scream full of pain and rage followed by a giant burst of red magic that destroyed all of the robots around her. he flew around to see her on her knees before looking around and seeing her brother littered with bullet holes and it made his heart ache. 

The next time they saw each other was a week later when Wanda finally left her room after mourning her brothers loss. He was gathering his stuff to leave when she entered the kitchen and spotted him. Not wanting to be rude she mumbled a "Hello," and that's when he knew. His soul mark flared to life and his eyes snapped up to her only muttering one word, "Soulmate." With that word her mark flared to life and her eyes snapped up to meet his. They just stared at each other for a while before Thor snapped back to his senses and headed towards her pulling her to him and crushing her into his chest. When they pulled back she looked around and noticed his stuff lying on the floor. "Leaving?" she spoke in her broken English to which he nodded. "Come with me baby," he said to which she grinned and nodded. Later that day they both left Earth hand in hand. 

They came back however with new companions during the fight of their life. Thanos. Ultimately though it was a loss for their side and after Thanos left everything went to shit. Thor then looked to his left to find Wanda silently turning to dust. He ran to her but it was no use, She had vanished. 

His Soulmate Was Gone

But he would do whatever it took to get her back

Whatever it took.

Because she was his

His Soulmate.
