"I'm going to need the copy of the guest lists by the end of tomorrow no exceptions. Also let's find out where my brothers are and get them here sober!" I yell
"Yes sir, right away" Alexis bows her head and walks away
"Let's get back to this meanwhile Oscar and Omar decide to make an appearance tonight." I say exasperated
My brothers can never take things seriously, they knew that this was an important meeting and neither of them can be bothered to make an appearance. Everyone takes a seat around the table and the rest of the people stand in the back of the room and they all quiet down.
"Alright everyone let's get back to it, enough time has been wasted."
"Sir we're going to need at least 30 guys for all the shipments to be completed. We can shorten the number but it will take longer to load and unload the product." Ron speaks
"How are we looking with the cops and the routes we're taking to get everything back here?" I ask
"We're working on getting the cops on payroll and the dock workers as well. They have been demanding more money than usual so we're going to need a strong hand to keep them in line. The routes are being planned out as we speak with delta team." Peter says from across the room
"Let's make sure we get everything done by tomorrow night I expect everyone to have access routes, cargo trucks and teams debriefed and ready to go I want nothing less than perfection." I say sternly
BLAM!! CLACK! The doors swing open to the conference room revealing a drunk Omar and Oscar.
"Oh crap! Sorry were late what'd we miss?" Oscar slurs and they stumble in the room
"You got here right on time gentlemen, everyone was just getting comfortable because no one is leaving until this is done." I say laughing
"What? We gotta be here all night?" Omar whines
"You gotta be kidding right?" Oscar asks
"Nope as serious as a gun shot to the head!" I say seriously
The boys get serious and go with the teams to get to work, they know when I'm done playing around.
"I'll be back in the morning and I expect a full debrief on everything you guys come up with." I say getting my things ready to go.
"Why do you get to leave?" I hear Omar say as everyone shuts up.
"Because I'm the boss and unlike you I was here on time ready to go like we planned." I walk out not letting him respond
They better get everything done without distracting my people. I'm trusting them because dad said to give them more important roles so they can feel important. But if they mess up I'll kill them myself.

Morning is finally here which means I'm ready to hear what everyone has come up with. Stepping into the conference I immediately smell that everyone has been here all night. It takes me a second to regain my composure after getting that whiff of ripe air coming from inside the conference room.
"Everyone give me what you got." I say
"Bravo team let's start with you guys." I look to the left of the room
"Vehicles have been secured and drivers have been selected, teams in each vehicle have been planned out and written down on here." I'm handed the paper to go over by Felix
"Echo team" I say reviewing the paper
"Everything is set for transfer once vehicles arrive teams have been debriefed on efficiency and time which they should be done loading and unloading everything." Elijah speaks
"Delta team"
"Delta team has all routes ready and they will be programmed in every drivers gps. No straying is allowed or improvising stick to the routes pre-planned for you. The routes have specifically been chosen with less traffic, less people and most importantly less cop activity." Ron says as he looks around the room
"Charlie Team"
"Oh oh that's us Oscar! Okay Charlie team has the list of employees working each shift money has been counted, which by the way is a lot, way more than they deserve for doing nothing if you ask me, its going out today to secure gates are left open and activity is left out of police scanners."Omar says enthusiastically
"Yeah which means no one will hear of anything, in and out without a peep." Oscar adds of course as he high fives Omar
"Let's make sure everything is set before you leave. Oh and please go take showers! You all stink!" I say covering my nose.
Everyone laughs and starts collecting there belongings before clearing out. I stay behind to go over everything in detail to make sure there are no glitches in the plan. Let's hope no one gets killed this time, I would hate to see the look on my fathers face if he herd someone got killed on my watch.
