Part twenty-five

Jungkook's Pov.

Today is the day I will be saying 'I do' to the woman who I will be staying with for the rest of my life, "Honey?" Iu calls me from the bathroom "Yeah?" I say fixing my hair "Do you want to talk about it?" She says, "About what?" I ask as she stood by me on the bed, "The wedding", "No why?" I say, She sighs "Do you want to do it?" I look at her "Yeah, we've been waiting for four months" I said, "No Jungkook, that's not what I meant" She says, "I saw articles about you and this girl a few days ago" I stop my hand movements on my hair, "Articles?" I say and she nods "Sana is her name right?" She says, I slowly nod "She was your first girlfriend before you had this arranged marriage?", I nod and looked away "The first girl who I loved so much" I say.

"I know how hard it was for you wasn't it? I also like someone else before this happened, I see the way you look at her Jungkook" She says, "But I have no other choice, my parents made this arrangement for the both of us, I can't disappoint them" I frown, "See that's the thing Jungkook, We both are in a position where we don't want to be, I've liked the guy for a long time and I'm sure you also like Sana too, I know you think about her a lot, the things you two have done together", "I'm not gonna look foolish" I say shaking my head, "Who cares if you do? What you're doing right now is foolish, marrying a girl who you barely know instead of chasing the girl you made you so happy", I look down "I had a fun time with you Jungkook and you're a great guy, Sana deserves to have someone like you".

"She's gone already and moved on" I say sighing, "Why won't you see or talk her again?" She asks, "Because I don't want her to see the jerk who chose something over her" I reply "She misses you too Jungkook, she may have moved on but her memories aren't, I want you to leave tonight and go back to her" She stood up, "What? What about the wedding?" I say looking at her "I'll take care of it, don't worry about me just go chase your girl" She smiles at me before going back to the bathroom.

Sana's Pov.

"Bye girls!" I shout to Chae and Jeong before leaving the store, I decided to go out on the park for a small walk, I take my phone out when it rang "Hey Kai" I say over the phone "Hi just wanted to call how you were doing" He says, "I'm doing fine no need to worry, how's your car?" I ask as I look at the kids on the playground "It's all good now, I'm actually here helping my friend out", I nod "That's good to hear, will you be back home to your house I are family?", "Yeah I'm leaving tonight and I wish I could see you before I leave" He sighs, "Oh no please I don't want to distract you, your family misses you, you should get there soon" I say "Yeah you're right, what are you doing now?" He asks "I wanted to take a break from work and went to go out for a walk", "Oh well that's a nice a choice" He lets out a small laugh that made me smile.

"Thank you" I say "For what?" He asks "For everything" I reply "Of course what are friends for?" I smile and sat down on the bench "Look I gotta go, talk to you later" He says and we both said our goodbyes before we ended the call. I took a deep sigh, looking around my surroundings, How did my life end up like this? I look at my lock screen, my mom and dad laughing at my messy face, "I miss you" I whisper out and I hope they are proud of me. "Sana!" I hear someone call my name and I look at the direction, I stood up as I realized who it was "Jungkook?" I say as he quickly ran to me.

"What are you doing here?" I say, he cupped my face with his hands and leaned forward, placing our lips together, I was shocked at first but than got carried away with the taste of his sweet lips, I followed his movements and it was the best thing I've ever felt in a long time, The world around us felt like it just stopped, I missed his lips, his hands, everything.

We both break apart after a few minutes of our lips together, I held on his arms as I look up at him "I missed you" He says "Me too", We both let go of each other "What are you doing here though?" I ask him, "It's a long story" He lets out a small laugh "I decided to go see you instead of attending my own wedding" My eyes widen "Wait what?", He holds my hands "Sana, I am so sorry for not doing anything about our relationship, I want you to forgive me, it was such a bad idea, I hated leaving you and I don't want to make that mistake again" He looks straight at my eye "But what about your parents? Won't they disapprove of this?" He shakes his head "I don't care about them, I only want to live my life with you Sana".

"I thought you haven't thought about me anymore since you were starting a new life with Ji-eun" I look down and He held my chin up "I would never forget you" He lets go of my hand and kneels down on one knee, "What are you doi-" He takes out a small box and opens it "Sana Minatozaki, will you marry me?" He says proudly, I cover my mouth in shock before nodding my head. He stood up and hugged me back "Yes!" He shouts, "I've been wanting to do this for a very long time" He smiles before putting the diamond ring on my left hand, "What happened with you and Ji-eun?" I ask "She had someone else on her mind this whole time" He replies.
"Gosh I love you so much!" He wraps his arms around my waist and pulled me up in the air.

"AH Hey, Put me down" I giggle and he twirls me around before putting me down, He takes my hand and lead me to the playground "Hello, this is my beautiful fiancée" He says to a little girl standing in front of us, "Hello" She bows down and I crouched down in front of her "Hi, what's your name?" I ask "I'm Ahn Hana, are you the beautiful fiancée?" She asks and I nod with a smile, "Aren't they the cutest?" Jungkook shakes his head, the girl takes both of our hands and lead us to the swings, "Would you like us to push you?" Jungkook asks and the little girl nods her head.

Jungkook and Sana both had big smiles on their faces while pushing the little girl on the swing, both of their life turned to happiness once again, being together at last and will stay together till the end.
