2017
Harry went to the café and saw the manager, Roger cleaning some tables.
"Hey man, good to see ya." Roger said reaching in for a hug.
"So you want to rent out the whole place for a few hours?" Roger picked up his cleaning supplies and walked behind the counter.
"Yeah, Louis and I got in a fight and it's not a good one, I need something to cheer him up and his café always seems to do the job." Harry smiled.
"Yeah, after all this is where you first met and you have also made me famous from all your fans wanting to come here." Roger laughed and made Harry a coffee. "It's on the house." He continued.
"Thanks." Harry took a sip and they sat down in a booth.
"Can I ask what the fight was about?" Roger asked politely.
"Well I'll put it short. I signed up for a job all the way in Australia which he knew about but we both didn't realise how soon it is, it's next year. I tried to make it better saying we could move there, start fresh and have a family but he didn't agree and like the idea." Harry took a deep breath before sipping his coffee again.
"Wow you have got yourself in quite a problem styles." Roger looked at the table and continued, "you should call him, right now and tell him to meet you here, when he says he's on his way I'll close down the café." Roger got up and went to help a few customers.
Harry sighed and pulled out his phone and called Louis, he answered on the first ring.
"Louis? I didn't think you would answer." Harry was happy.
"I didn't either, I did miss your voice, you're not at the house, where are you?" Louis asked in a toned voice.
"I'm at our café, can you meet me here in 10?"
"Okay but we need to talk."
Louis hung up the phone, he was at their house watching TV but what Harry didn't know was Eleanor was with Louis.
"Where are you going?" Eleanor asked eating popcorn.
"Meeting up with Harry, you should leave." Louis said with a serious voice.
"We're just friends Louis, relax." Eleanor grabbed her bag and walked out the front door still eating her popcorn.
Louis put on a new shirt and drove to the café. He walked inside and noticed no one was there but Harry and Roger.
"Harry, what is this?" Louis walked up to Harry who was waiting at a table decorated with candles and flowers.
"I still feel like an idiot of what I did to you and I know you're probably not ready for forgiveness, but I just wanted to have a nice romantic lunch with you." Harry grabbed Louis and sat him down in his chair.
Roger brought out their lunch and surprisingly their date went well, until the very end.
"Harry we need to talk, this isn't about you moving, it's about us." Louis looked worried, he didn't even look at Harry.
"Lou, what are you saying?" Harry was confused and started to tear up."
"I don't think we are working anymore, our fights just keep getting worse and worse..."
"No, no Lou, please. I love you, you don't have to move with me we can still face time and visit each other and we still have another year until the job." Harry spoke fast and was crying at this point.
"Harry please..."
"I need you Lou, I'm nothing without you..."
"I think I like Eleanor!" Louis blurted out not realising what he said.
"What did you just say?" Harry got up and ran to his car.
"Shit! Harry wait! That's not what I meant to say!" Louis ran after him.
"Really? Sure sounded like you meant it. You know what? We're done, clearly that's what you were trying to say, don't bother coming home tonight"
Harry got in his car and drove away. He screamed as he hit his head on the steering wheel, he was heartbroken. Why would Louis say that?
