When Percy woke up, he was not in his cabin.

A bright white room greeted his eyes. The last demigod squinted, giving his eyes a moment to accustom themselves to the light.

The room was white, much to Percy's annoyance - why couldn't it be blue? There was a sink in the corner. He was laying on a bed. That was about it. There was no window.

Percy's hands were chained in front of him. He looked at them in distaste. He could either deform the chains with his powers, break them, or slip his hands out of them.

Percy decided to wait, and instead walked over to the sink, turned on the water, and splashed some on himself. It felt refreshing.

The water vapor in the room alerted Percy someone was coming. He sat down back on the bed as the door creaked open.

The red hed he'd judo flipped - was she the Black Widow or something? - stood there scowling. "Come with me, boy," she snapped.

Percy scowled back at her. "I'm not a boy."

She gave him a glare. "Sure, boy." Percy thought her glare looked like a puppy's and had to resist giving her a wolf glare.

The Black Widow led him to an... interrogation room? Seriously, could they be more cliche?

The woman made him sit in one of the three chairs, and chained his hands behind him. As if that would stop Percy. His chair was one side of the table, and Black Widow (what a dumb superhero name) sat in one of chairs on the other side.

A pirate dude with an eye patch came in. The eye patch reminded Percy of Ethan Nakamura, which made him sad, but he shook it off.

"So, Perseus Jackson, who do you work for?"

"What?" was his very intellectual response. Percy felt four people gape and one laugh from behind a one way mirror on the other side of the room.

"Who do you work for?" Pirate man was apparently very annoyed.

"Uhhh... I have a job as a summer counselor at Camp Delphi?" Percy replied after thinking for a minute.

Pirate man clenched his hand angrily. "What terrorist group do you work for?"

Percy furrowed his brows. "Terrorist group... why would I work for a terrorist group?" Distantly, Percy seemed to remember star shield guy accusing him of being one.

Maybe it had something to do with the Lighting Bolt quest and the St. Louis Arch?

"I thought we had the 'kidnapping' thing cleared up," Percy sighed after deciding that was the only decent reason for why they were accusing him.

Unless Lighting god told them about the whole demigod thing.

"So, you admit to kidnapping your mother?" the woman snapped suddenly.

"What?.... No! I didn't kidnap my mother!"

Percy was starting to get mad. If these people kept accusing him of false things, he might blow up - quite literally.

"What about blowing up the St. Louis Arch?"

"That was an accident! I was trying to escape my kidnapper!"

Great job, Percy, he thought sarcastically. Keep it up with the awesome lies!

"Then why were you on top of St. Louis Arch?" Pirate man asked smugly, as if he had found the answer.

Percy had had enough. He just wanted to mourn in peace. "I don't know!" he said, shrugging to conceal the motion of him flicking his handcuffs off. "I didn't ask!"
