A few months after a giant white feathered dragon was spotted in the Kingdom of Vacuo
A ten year old white haired dragon Faunus is seen staring at the open ocean with an amazed look in her eyes from the port side of the boat she is on with her parents that is traveling from Mistral to Menagerie for a fresh start and away from those that look down on the Faunus.
????: Aqua dear please be careful, you're father and I don't want you to accidentally fall over the rails
Aqua: Okay mom, I just can't help it, the sea looks so peaceful
Meanwhile below deck
There are two more people wearing the same ancient looking clothes, like the group that was seen before in Atlas preparing to set a bomb.
????: Are you sure this is the right boat that has our target?
????: I'm 99 percent sure, besides its not like we are going to get out of this alive if we succeed.
????: So there's still a chance we are on the wrong boat and could be sending innocents to their deaths?
????: Eh when has that mattered to the boss anyway, all that matters is we awaken the water dragon, so let's just get this bomb set up
Back to above deck with Aqua
The young Aqua is seen exploring the boat to pass the time till it reaches its destination. However, as she explores around, she accidentally bumps into two people wearing very ancient looking clothes.
Aqua: Oh I'm so sorry, I wasn't looking where I was walking
????: Hm, oh no worries child. No harm was done, just be more aware of your surrounding next time
Aqua nods her head and continues wandering around the boat as the two people she bumped into enter a nearby room.
????: So that girl is our target, then it seems we are on the right boat
????: And you doubted me
????: Regardless, that trigger set up too detonate that bomb right?
????: Yes it is, besides its not the type of bomb that destroys, the boss made sure to have it made to lure powerful Grimm in the nearby area to its location. And all that's left is to wait for the perfect opportunity to set it off.
A few hours later
The boat has now reached the halfway point of its journey and everyone, except for two people are all above deck enjoying dinner until both a sea dragon and leviathan Grimm appear heading towards the boat as the bait bomb is set off

All of the passengers hear the roars coming from the sea Grimm and begin to panic and rush to the life boats. Unfortunately, young Aqua lets her fear consume her as she runs below deck and into the room she and her parents were given for the duration of the boat ride.
The moment Aqua's parents are about to enter one of the life boats, they notice that Aqua is not with them and move away from the life boats and start calling out her name as they look for her. Sadly as they look for Aqua, the two Grimm reach the boat and proceed to attack it, and this results in the lifeboats getting destroyed with all of the people in them killed.
After minutes of hiding in the room Aqua hears her parents calling her name, and she slowly exits the room and heads in the direction where she can clearly hear her parents. Once Aqua reaches the bottom of a set of stairs, she sees her parents at the top and begins to make her way up to them. Unfortunately, the moment Aqua is halfway up the stairs, she see her parents get eaten alive by the sea dragon Grimm.
Aqua: *eyes wide with shock and falls to her knees shaking* No no no no no
Aqua is soon covered in and dark blue aura and transforms into a dark blue dragon that has fins on the side of its face, tail and the back of its legs with two massive wings with a light blue underside, destroying the boat and accidentally killing who ever was left on the boat
In her dragon form, Aqua manipulates the surrounding water to crush both the sea dragon and leviathan Grimm into dust before flying towards Menagerie
In an unknown location
?????: Good now only two of the dragons power continue to slumber
