Dog Lover

A/n- I am a dog lover myself as well as a lover for animals. So if you have a dog in every one-shot then don't blame me, blame them for being so damn cute. I will also be using as many different types of dog breeds so sorry if you get annoyed with them. You can pretend that it's your dog or your favorite dog breed. Although if you don't like dogs then pretend it's a cat...a really big cat... I am also sorry for how many dog breeds I use and I will have their pictures at the end of the chapter. 

Two pictures have more than one dog in it and that's because you have that many dogs as well. One picture as two dogs so add two more dogs to your group of dogs. Honestly, it kinda looks as though you are running a doggy daycare but you're not.

Tom was coming over today and he was bringing Tessa. He hasn't met all my dogs yet only two of them. We agreed to have a dog playdate but I forgot to mention that I had more dogs. I'm going around my house making sure all their toys are away and they each have their food and water bowls filled. I notice a car pull into my driveway on my security system and I sigh softly as I mumble to Xavier "wish me luck." 

I go over to the door opening it just as Tom and Tessa walk up to my pathway. "I am so sorry if you get overwhelmed, I forgot to mention them to you." Tom looked at me confused as he walked inside and took Tessa off the leash. I shut the door behind them and comment "let me introduce you to them all." Tessa looks between us and she stares at me trying to figure out what I meant and I just sigh softly. 

I mumble as I make my way over to the living room "and this is when Tom breaks up with me for not being honest." I hear his footsteps shuffle slightly as he asks "what were not honest about?" I stop at the corner and say "how many dogs I had" and with that, I walked in turning slowly to see Tom's reaction. I noticed his eyes widen as he points at each of my dogs' counting them.

"You have 14 dogs?! I thought you just had the two dogs," I shake my head no and my dogs soon go over to Tom and Tessa. They smell the duo as Tessa tries to smell each of my dogs but they keep moving making it hard for her to focus. "Sit down and I'll introduce you all" Tom goes to the couch and sits down with Tessa sitting by his feet. 

I go over to Tucker, Bear, Rocky, and Zeus and make them sit. "This is Tucker he's a Husky, Bear is a Shiba Inu" I point to the two males as they soon turn and play fight with each other. "These two males are brothers and they are Rocky and Zeus. They're Rottweiler mix while the other two boys are pure-breeds." The two brothers walked away to go fetch me the puppies that have wandered off. 

I glanced at Tom to see him staring at me in awe as Tessa is wagging her tail quickly. I smiled at the two and noticed Rocky and Zeus have returned with Zie and Chub Chub. "These two are Zie and Chub Chub, Zie is a Pomeranian Husky Mix, and Chub Chub is a Corgi. Now, Tom, before I continue on I have to let you know that I own a lot of puppies. Like not only these two adorable fur balls I mean the other ones as well."

I sigh softly as I comment "I may need some help finding them though." He chuckles and gets up coming over to me and wraps his arms around my waist. "I love you just as much as I love Tessa, maybe more." I blushed deeply and said "I love you too" he pecked my lips softly and was about to continue until we heard a few soft puppy barks. We followed them and it leads me to the dog room and when I entered there they were. 

"Tom I'd like to introduce you to the litter of Australian Shepherd mixes." I pointed to each puppy as I said their name " Jax, Spike, Axel, Marlo, Ari, Hunter, and Nuggie." I smiled as they came tumbling over to me bouncing over our feet. "I have 5 female dogs and the rest are males which is uneven but it doesn't matter." Tom laughed and sat down on the ground and started playing with all my dogs yet one was missing. I walked out of the room and went to go look for Snowball.
