Restless Night (HABITxVinnie) (EMH)

     In the middle of the night Habit had woken from a his deep slumber in his dark cavern deep in the woods. Habit stretched his long limbs as he yawned, his eyes opened and adjusted to the darkness around him, he sighed and clawed his way out of the cavern into the cold snowy night. Habit looked up in between the trees and watched as the snow gently fell on his snout, he shook it off and made his way to his lovers house so he could sleep for the rest of the night holding him in his arms. Once he arrived he shape shifted in his human form but with some struggle, he was exhausted and had trouble holding his form but once he had hold, he walked to the door and knocked on it waiting for his love to embrace him. The door opened a little then swung open, Vinnie stood there and smiled widely, "Habit!" He said with joy while grabbing his hand and dragging him to the couch, Habit let out a gentle chuckle and sat on down on the couch, "Hey Vin, how have you been?" He asked, "Well considering I just woke up, I'm okay," Vinnie said with a smile. Habit smiled and yawned, "I'm sorry for intruding, but I wanted to spend the night, I can't sleep without you," he whined, Vinnie sat next to Habit and snuggled into his arms, "Well that's fine," "Good," Habit said and hugged onto him tightly. Cuddled up together they fell asleep right then and there on the couch, enjoying each others company, but Habit was quite restless and couldn't get much sleep during the night. In the morning Habit had woken up to the smell of pancakes and bacon, he stood up and dragged himself into the kitchen and saw Vinnie cooking, "Vinnie~" Habit called in a sleepy yet loving tone, Vinnie turned and smiled softly, "Good morning Lug! Did you sleep well?" Habit nodded and smiled, "Slept much better with the love of my life in my arms," he yawned. Vinnie brought the breakfast to the dinning room table and sat the plates down, they both enjoyed their food and talked about what they plan on doing for the day, then Vinnie stopped and sighed, "Vin? What's wrong bean?" Habit asked, "I'm just worried about you, you're so exhausted lately," Vinnie said, Habit sighed and shook his head, "I just need a new person to inhabit, or just re-inhabit Evan's body.." he said, Vinnie frowned, "We should probably just leave Evan alone," he said and Habit shook his head, "Vinnie, if you want me to stay looking like this, I need his body.. You know this.." Vinnie sighed, "Not only that but he'll be out of our way, so we don't have to worry about him finding out anything between us!" "He'll still figure out once you possess him.." Vinnie claimed, "But he won't be able to say anything about it, or do anything about it," Habit began, "Look Vinnie, my bean, I know you still care about Evan, but it's for the better, especially if we're meant to be!" He said, Vinnie sighed, "I know.." Habit stood up and walked over to Vinnie and hugged him and softly kissed his head, "Don't worry too much Vin, everything will be okay.. I'll make it quick.." he said and left the house right after words.
