Chapter 9

3 months later

Nathan has the week off. We decided to go visit his mom in Boston, we live in LA so its about 6 hour plane ride. Nathan packed the car while I was getting Noah's stuff together. Nathan was really excited to see his, mom it's been about 1 year since he seen her. He's told me his mom is really nice and bakes good cookies.

In Boston

When we arrived it was about 4:30 PM and it was a really cold fall day. His mom picked us up from the airport and we drove to the nearest Starbucks. Nathan got a vanilla bean latte, I got a pumpkin spice latte and his mom got a coffee. His mom's name is Elizabeth but she prefers Beth. Beth has a small cottage type house. there's 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Nathan, Noah and I got the bedroom downstairs which was fairly big.

She made a big supper and said she'd make a nice dinner every time we visit. She forces you to eat if you don't finish. Noah seemed to like her. After we finished eating we all went to bed.
