The next day, Peach seemed fine again. Well, not a traditional definition of fine, but after last night, it seemed she was on the mend.
Wendy asked her to go out, maybe welcome people coming into the kingdom. She agreed.
We all walked to school, and hung out together, as usual.
Not that we were actually alone. People were always trying to talk to us now. Because we lived with Peach.
But I know they hated our guts really. They just wanted to be higher up in society.
People are selfish.
When we went home again, I found Goombette, Toadsworth the third and Toadstelle were following us.
"What do you want?"I asked them.
Toadsworth the third just shrugged. But the two girls mouths dropped with shock.
I turned around and then I noticed. It was Princess Peach with an attractive, strangely tall man.
Wendy smiled. "She needs this, guys."
"I can't believe that she would replace Mario this quickly. He was a saviour,"said Toadstelle.
"Can you idiots just let her be happy and stop prying?"asked Ludwig.
They just laughed at him and sauntered inside the palace.
"Ok, I think all of us at once would just overwhelm her, so just one of us should go introduce ourselves,"said Lemmy.
"It should be Wendy,"I said,"She's honestly Peaches biggest support."
All of us turned to her. "Yeah, we all agree. Meet the guy. Then tell us everything."
She grinned and we all went inside the castle and waited.
