Varsha Skai had an addiction.
And a strange one at that.
She did not like to admit that she had an addiction. Especially one so life threatening.
Imagine it, the Great Varsha Skai, Master of Deception and Trickery, Empress of Aerobatics, Queen of Storms, the girl with the biggest ego in the entire universe, admitting that she had an addiction
Never in a million years.
And no one expected her to admit it either. Everyone knew about her addiction anyways, and figured that it was no use trying to get her to stop. Skai was far too stubborn. She would probably continue until she died, and then she would probably come back from the dead to continue once more.
No, Varsha Skai would never verbally admit that she had and addiction. She did, however, acknowledge her addiction. She knew it existed. She just chose to ignore it. It was the same thing with her older brother. Skai wasn't planning on stopping her addiction either. It gave her too much of a rush.
Varsha Skai had a very bad, life-threatening addiction.
An adrenaline addiction.
Which was exactly why she was free falling off a cliff after being chased by raging forest nymphs after attempting and succeeding to steal their precious moonflower and prank them at the same time.
