Recipes :
6-7 pieces of cooked whiting fish
1 tbsp weber roasted garlic
1 tbsp of curry powder
1/2 tbsp of adobo
1/2 tbsp of goya adobo w/saffron
1 onion
2 plum tomatoes
4 scotch bonnet pepper
Garlic cloves
Ginger size of garlic cloves
3tbsp of canola oil
3-5 tbsp of meat stewPreparation :
After letting fish thaw, reheat it the microwave, but if you cooked the fish already the skip this step!
Slice onions and tomatoes into rings, chop garlic and ginger, finely chop scotch bonnet leaving the seeds!
Add oil to a large and wide fry pan, let it get hot over medium heat then add slice onions tomatoes, scotch bonnet, garlic, ginger and seasoning!.Saute for about 2-3 mins till gently wilted, stir once and reduce the heat if necessary, add meat stew to wilted onions and the rest,add the fish one at a time to pan, gently turning each in the sauce until it thoroughly coated, let simmer on low heat for about 2-3 mins!
Serve warm❤
