Recipes :
3 whole egg
Salt to taste
Black pepper
15ml oil
2 tbsp of sour cream

Preparation :
Separate the egg yolk from the whites! Add a pinch of salt into the white and whisk until thick foam.

Whisk the egg yolk and add sour cream, then the season to taste!
Add whipped egg whites and mix!
Drizzle a frying pan with oil and pour the mixture on it!
Then fry!
