Recipes:
2 cups of fitted dates
1 ½ cups of carrot
1 cup of shredded coconut +extra for topping
1 tsp nutmegPreparation :
Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until mixed together,Remove mixture and form into a bite -size balls, the size is up to you (approximately the size of golf balls, but you can make yours larger if you want)
Store in a refrigerator and let it freeze then you top your extra shredded coconut!
