Hello, dears! You have no idea how much I've struggled with decisions - boats or carriages? Which houses? Luna? Neville? Air? What is air?!?! I don't know! But now I do (it's a solution made up of various gasses, including Nitrogen, Hydrogen, and Oxygen, FYI). The decision has been made, and the story has flowed from my fingertips. I am ready. Enjoy!
PERCY POV
Before we knew it, it was time to head to Hogwarts. George left the Burrow the day before we did, having enjoyed our company so much that he took a second week off. As usual - or so we were told - September first dawned with chaos.
"EVERYBODY UP!" cried Mrs. Weasley from the base of the staircase. "GET MOVING, NOW. AND DON'T MAKE ME COME UP THERE!"
Frank, Jason, Leo, and I all shot out of our beds simultaneously. Used to building and breaking camp on quests, we quickly packed our things - making sure to remember our weapons, and to put our wands in our pockets - and then stepped out the door in time to catch the girls on their way downstairs as well.
"You guys ready?" asked Piper as we all slipped down the stairs.
"Why, I have never been more prepared," said Leo, placing a slowly clenching fist over his heart.
I shot some water at him, and he stuck his tongue out at me.
When we arrived in the kitchen, we found that it was mostly empty, except for Mr. and Mrs. Weasley. Mrs. Weasley was sighing. "I'd better go get them, heaven knows they won't get up otherwise."
With that she turned around, and, seeing us, jumped. "Oh! You're up! Here, have a seat while I go get the rest of them."
"Oh, Mrs. Weasley, allow me," said Piper quickly, with a grin that made me rather concerned for Harry and Ron's health.
Before Mrs. Weasley could protest, Piper was gone in a flash of brown and blue - the color of the harpy feather in her hair. The rest of us sat at the kitchen table.
"Well all right, then," said Mrs. Weasley. "What has you all up so - comparably - early?"
"We're pretty used to getting up early," said Jason.
"Yep," said Leo. "We rise with the sun. Although the sun isn't always happy about it," he added in Greek.
I snorted, Annabeth rolled her eyes, and Frank and Hazel put their heads in their hands.
A few moments later, Piper came marching down the stairs, followed by two boys, both wide awake, dressed, and ready to leave.
"Piper, you are a miracle worker," said Mr. Weasley to the daughter of Athena, looking at his sons in wonder.
"Psh," said Piper, shaking her head. "They just needed a little persuasion. Oh, and Hermione's just putting a few more books in her trunk, and Ginny - well, Ginny sleeps like the dead. Sorry, but no dice there."
"Like the dead, huh?" said Hazel thoughtfully. "Let me try."
I grinned into my hand, and saw Leo doing something similar across the kitchen table. Mrs. Weasley looked a little concerned, as if she were about to follow Hazel up the stairs and prevent any offense her daughter might cause. But then we heard a thud, and then two sets of feet were walking around instead of one, and a few moments later, Hazel skipped down the stairs, looking quite pleased with herself.
The rest of the Seven and I looked at her questioningly, and she blushed. "Pressure point," she said. "Nico's a deep sleeper too - I had to get creative to get him out of bed in the morning - and I found that pressure points work remarkably well. The thud was Ginny falling out of bed - she was pretty surprised."

FanfictionHey! I figured I'd give this kind of story a shot. It's done a lot, I know, but, well... I really liked the idea, so I thought, why not? This is how CHB and Hogwarts meet, and some major shiz goes down. Enjoy! (Updates are a little - or a lot - slow...
