Chapter 16

(Noah's pov)
Today is the day season 2 starts. My phone rings as I see it's from Chris. Reluctantly, I pick it up he tells me to get ready and meet in the living room with everyone else. I end the call and wake Cody up. He groans and says that he's to tired to move. I laugh at him and pick him up. First, he dressed himself then I carried him out of the room. I had to carry him all the way to the living room but I'm not complaining. I love every second I get to spend with Cody. People started staring at us when I walked in with Cody in my arms. Because I'm done with their bullshit I tell them, "Take a picture it will last longer." Finally, they look away as I roll my eyes at them. Gently I set Cody down on the sofa and I sit next to him stroking his hair. His eyes flutter open and he asks where we are. I laugh at him and say why were here. He complains that he wants to go back to sleep. I move him onto my lap and tell him he can use me as a pillow. "Thanks Noah." Rubbing his back slowly, he falls asleep in an instant. A few minutes later, Chris comes in and shouts for everyone to be quiet. Once he does that Cody wakes back up. I mutter to him, "Sorry he woke you up. Once he shuts up I'll let you go back to sleep." He hugs me and thanks me. Everyone comes and sits down on the sofa. On one side I had Ezekiel and on the other side of me is Tyler. I mean there could have been worst people like Courtney or Eva. Chris starts explaining that we will be on a reality show starring Geoff and Bridgette. A lot of people start to get really excited. But Chris starts laughing his head off and tells us we'll just be sitting on the side not talking. I smile because some people start getting really angry and some are crying. These people are so pathetic. On the screen he shown the stage and where we would be sitting. I've decided I'm going to sit at the back so I can talk to Cody the whole way through. Thinking of him I look to see he's nearly asleep. I start gently kissing his ear and he sits up smiling. As soon as he awakes I stop. Cutely, he pouts at me for stopping but I whisper I'll carry it on later. He blushes as Chris coughs to get our attention. I glare at him as he laughs at us. Why does he have to be such an asshole? He dismisses us and I take Cody back to my room. Tomorrow will be our first day on the reality show. Cody falls asleep as soon as his head hits the pillow. I tuck him in and sit next to him as I start to read.
