So.. Guys..
Iam not going to list out my all resolutions.. Because i know i wont make it.. So iam not even trying to..
So my first 5 resolutions for the first 3 months are related to a single point i.e, healthy life style.
Being an adult is the transition phase.. You are free to do anything u want.. Whether opting a good and healthy life style or being lazy as always.. Now as u are fine, u might feel like no need to do all the things.. But u know.. some pathological process already started in ur body with out urself knowing.. Its a very slow unnoticed process.. If u start to change it back to normal u can.. Because initially its reversible.. But if u neglect it, It will gradually go in to an irreversable state, which may also not be known to you.. Then comes the alterations in ur body and then damage occurs and u will start getting symptoms. So u may not get symptoms now.. But u will when u are getting aged.
When ever i look at children, i feel like why cant i be like them??
They are so energetic, always move.. They just wont sit quietly.. They play alot.. Learn alot.. Even if they fail, still they try again and again.. Thats the reason, the health of adulthood is healthy.. If ur adult hood is healthy too then ur oldage also will be..
So developing a healthy life style is basic resolution, the more u get adapted to, the more u will like that.. (Because i already started it.. To test.. 😜)

I know healthy life style is a huge thing..
So all my 5 resolutions are related to developing a healthy life style.
Here they are..
1. Lots of fluids (all combined 4 litres atleast) : water, green tea, milk, coffee, tea, juices etc (not carbonated or alcoholic)
2. Exercise ( 30 minutes atleast) : Not just to burn calories.. But to feel active.. U know.. Move ur body.. Move move move.. Just move now while reading it.. Apart from exercise..
Ur option of exercise is as per ur interest..
Walk or run or gym or sports or yoga or what ever..
15 minutes of dance.. Apart from regular exercise.. If u can dance.. Dance in ur room continously.. Learn steps daily.. U know there are lots of dance choreography videos.. Even if u are not a good dancer.. just move ur body to ur 3 favourite songs.. Dancing will make ur mood happier.. Just for 15 minutes.. Think it as fun..
3. Food : please dont stop eating.. Because.. If u skip food thinking that it will make u thin.. It wont.. Besides it will decrease ur immunity and make u prone to health problems.. So.. Instead of stopping.. Just change ur food habits.. Eat the food which is nutritious.. Best way is to prepare ur own food.. If u are in hostel.. Eat more veggies.. Than cereals.. Limit fried foods. I wont say no.. Because our mind will crave for it.. And it will make u think about that food all the time.. If u are able to avoid completely thats well and good.. But if u cant.. U can eat ur favourite junk once in a week as a part of reward for ur accomplishment of maintaining ur resolutions..
4. Hygiene: maintaining a good hygiene of not only ur body.. But also the place where u live and the food u eat and all.. Spare 15 min of ur time to clean the place u live..
5. Patience : last but not least.. its a very important thing to be healthy.. It needs alot of motivation.. It is mandatory to develop it.. When ever u feel like impatient close ur eyes and take slow and deep breaths of 10.. And start chanting patience.. Patience.. Patience.. Once u develop this habit.. U will not be stresse out.. And stress is one of the etiological factor for pathological process.
If u too like them.. Lets try these for the coming 3 months and if u have any doubts ask me.. Of feel any difficulty tell me.. I too will also ask u if i have any doubts..
