Hi guys..
I know its been three months..
About my resolutions i havent discussed it..
As three months are getting completed, i am actually telling you the targets which i was successful..
About exercise.. The only thing that i improved well.. I started walking daily in ground.. Ofcourse i do miss few days because of sickness or going somewhere like that.. But still i maintained it.. But u know due to covid19 effect.. I wanted to avoid going out.. Because how can i say to others when i cant do it my self. But going to ground made me develop positive attitude. Endorphins released from exercise indeed working for me.. So.. U too try it.. my progress will be 70%..
About food.. No matter how i try.. I cant.. Iam atleast trying to avoid cold beverages and sweets.. Eating fruits.. Still my progress rating 40%.. i know pretty bad.
About fluids.. Well i can say its around 70%
About hygiene.. Not daily.. Very occassional.. 10% i think 10% is also high.. But u know its about cleaning the surrounding and all right
About patience.. I think its a long wait.. I need to develop it.. I need more patience..20%.. Because i realised i lost all my patience that getting it is very very difficult now.. But will try again..
So i gave my progress.. What about yours??
