It took three days for word to get out that Kiku Honda had gotten himself a girlfriend. It had taken only one more work for his "family" to all find out and begin nagging him about (Y/n). But quite honestly, he didn't care. He was now dating the most perfect girl he'd ever met and not even Yong Soo could ruin it.
But their Spring Break almost did.

(Y/n) and Kiku were just relaxing in the cafeteria together. Normally, they avoided large areas meant for large numbers of people to gather together, but since their Spring Break had just started, meaning that most of the student body had gone home to visit their families or go on vacation.
Yao had gone home to visit everyone, but after being teased by them all for months, Kiku had no desire to go see them. Not to mention, he didn't have the money to meet them in Colorado for... whatever they were doing. Ludwig went to see his brother Gilbert, and Alfred had gone north to visit his brother Matthew. The only one of his friends who had stayed was Feliciano and his brother Lovino, who seemed oddly unwilling to go home, despite having a grandfather willing to fly them out to Italy for the week.
So he was there with (Y/n), enjoying an oddly quiet lunch together, when out of nowhere, Feliciano came running into the cafeteria yelling and wailing, making everyone look up at him in concern as he almost tackled Kiku to the ground. "HELP ME!"
"Fericiano, prease ret go of me."
(Y/n) gently pulled Feliciano off of Kiku, then led him out of the cafeteria out the opposite door while Kiku followed them. "Calm down Feli. Take a deep breath and tell us what happened."
"Oi, idiota!" Lovino ran up to the three of them with a scowl. "Calm the fuck down and stop-a throwing a tantrum. They're-a gonna leave in-a ten minutes, you-a just need to-a put up with them for a little bit."
"What's going on Lovino?"
He sighed. "Our-a cousins decided to come-a visit us since-a we didn't want to-a fly out home for the break. The problem is that they're-a fucking bastardos and like to-a make us fucking miserable."
"Oh, is that all?" (Y/n) pet Feliciano on the head like a dog, which made Kiku tap his fingers against his side restlessly. "Don't worry, you'll be fine. You just have to play nice for a little while, and then the four of us can go out to that pasta place for dinner together, alright?"
"Vee~ Really?"
"Of course. When do your cousins get here?"
"They're-a going to be here in an hour or so."
"Then that's one hour to calm down and get ready for them. Just calm down, prepare yourself mentally, and keep in mind that no matter what you might feel, murder is not an option. Unless they're abusive."
"Define abusive," Lovino said.
"You know what I mean. If it makes you feel better and your cousins don't kick us out, Kiku and I will join you." Kiku huffed, but didn't say anything. At least he got to spend time with (Y/n) and she didn't forget about him.
"Grazie (Y/n)," Feliciano said while hugging her, making Kiku look away, lest he strangle his friend in front of two witnesses. "You're-a the best. I'm-a glad you and Kiku get along so well. He used to be such a shut in before-"
"That's a rittre harsh, don't you think Fericiano-kun?"
"No, I-"
Lovino grabbed his brother ear. "Shut up, idiota. Come on, let's-a go wait for them at the front." He dragged him off, with (Y/n) and Kiku following behind the two of them. Kiku prepared himself for a long, uncomfortable night, but (Y/n) took his hand, so he immediately calmed down a bit.
