"Sir, your boarding pass please?" An exceedingly bored looking security officer stretched his hand out to Ivan. His tone authoritative enough to instantly receive the attention he wanted from him. Our plane was supposed to take off in twenty minutes and we were waiting at the last security check for Ivan to finish with his at the moment.

"Yeah one second man," Ivan nodded and started fiddling with his bag quickly.

"Sir, are you carrying the boarding pass?" The officer asked him again after waiting impatiently for a few restless minutes. He had that kind of a typical judgy expression etched upon his features as he eyed him.

"Uh, I'm sure it was just here before," Ivan replied nervously, forcing his head into the bag to look more properly.

"Please don't tell me you lost it man," Andy narrowed his eyes at him.

"Pfft. No. Why would I do that? It's probably just in here only," Ivan offered everyone a nervous chuckle and threw his hands into the pockets of his pants to check if it was there.

"Oh my god. Why do you always have to lose your damn things at the last moment?!" I complained in absolute exasperation, getting annoyed at how irresponsible he was.

"Can you all just chill for a moment? I haven't lost anything! It is somewhere here only. Just let me look in the bag again," he had the audacity to argue back in frustration.

"Dude c'mon. You did this the last fucking time we were here too!" Vance groaned angrily, reminding him of the memory.

"Excuse me sir but the other passengers are waiting behind you. I request you to kindly get out of the line and come back when you've found the pass," the officer pursed his lips together at his bewildering movements in his attempt to dismiss him off.

"Yeah bro, we can't keep waiting for you. We are going in, you join us when you've found it," Aaron stated, taking a step away from where he was standing.

"Don't worry, I'll facetime you when we land. You can cry on there and then post some sad quotes on your fake twitter account later. Bye," Andy said and followed after him.

"Aw guys don't go! I swear I had the the boarding pass ten minutes ago, I don't know where the fuck it went now!" Ivan whined, his eyes widening anxiously.

"I am tired of standing now. I don't think you'll ever find it. See you after the vacation buddy," I patted his back.

"Guys c'mon don't leave me here! I want to go to the beach too!" He shouted loudly after us, throwing the security officer a pleading look who rolled his eyes at him in return.

"My best wishes," Nathan chuckled at his misery in amusement before catching up with me.

"No! Please wait for me, I swear-"

*After 10 minutes*

"So, is he really not coming?" Mia asked with a serious expression, looking up at all of us after observing her ticket for a short moment. "I don't know. But it's a good punishment for him. Remember how he made us wait two hours the last time when we were going away for the weekend?" I placed a hand on my hip and reminded her.

"How can anyone forget? The dimwit had 'accidentally' forgotten to buy his ticket only," Vance shook his head in aggravation.

Sam let out a loud cackle. "Man, that day was tough."

"FUCK YEAH BITCHES!! I GOT IT!"

We turned our heads at the sudden obnoxiously loud scream before noticing who it was. Ivan stood at the entrance of the plane's cabin with his passport between his teeth and his middle fingers up in the air. Literally everyone in the plane went silent to stare at him.
