"I think I ate too much," Mia muttered, her face scrunched up as if she wanted to barf. Travis who was walking beside her, chuckled at her expression and started to rub her back. This caused her to look up at him and smile.
Getting used to Mia having a boyfriend was still pretty overwhelming for me. She doesn't smile at anyone like that, yes it's still a bit strange. Not that I'm complaining though, she does deserve to be treated like she's the only person who exists.
After feeding ourselves a satisfying lunch, we had beginned to stroll back towards the pool now. To be honest, if anyone had let me leave, I'd rather be taking a nice nap after a meal like this.
"But you gotta admit, the food was amazing," Travis declared and I sent an eye roll in his direction.
"What do you know? All you had was a salad and juice," I grumbled disapprovingly.
He chuckled before gesturing to his godly six pack abs with a smirk. "This body doesn't look like this itself," he stated, his one arm wrapped around Mia's shoulder.
"Bruh, I have a good body and all but I would never ever eat less for it," Ivan said coolly to him. "My tummy deserves happiness," he added.
"Couldn't agree more," I quickly high fived him with a grin.
Travis snorted, giving both of us a condemning look. "You both eat too much junk. I'm surprised how you're even alive," he asserted.
I immidiately snapped my head to look at him. "Hey I am a pretty healthy person okay?" I crossed my arms over my chest, giving him a glare.
Travis stopped walking and raised both of his eyebrows at me. "You had four chocolate cupcakes, two large bagels and chicken nuggets for breakfast. For lunch you had hakka noodles, some tacos, a cupcake again and three refills for coke."
I widened my eyes in embarrassment while everyone started laughing at me. "So don't you dare lie to me about being healthy. You are anything but that," he continued, an amused expression etched on his face.
Ivan stepped in between us and covered his mouth with both of his hands over dramatically. "My god. You actually eat like a five year old," he gasped.
"Dude," Travis huffed before I could reply. "Don't even get me started on you man. You're even worse than her," he shook his head causing Ivan to wave a nonchalant hand off at him.
"You bitch!" I smacked Travis's arm. "I didn't know you keep a track of what goes in my stomach all day," I accused, trying my best to keep my face straight for my own sake.
He let out a breathy chortle. "I can't help but notice it," he hunched his shoulders.
"Plus, I am on a vacation right now so you can shut the fuck up. This doesn't count," I told him haughtily.
"Wow, I seriously had assumed that you must do a hell lot of workout for that kind of a body," Stacie gave me a once over in admiration.
Mia scoffed. "Trust me, she doesn't."
"It's a gift?" I said before chuckling at them. "And you," I narrowed my gaze on Trav. "Stop trying to become my mom. She already does that enough," I pointed a finger at Mia who was smirking.
"Just sayin'," Travis laughed, raising his hands upwards in surrender innocently.
Nathan and Vance who had finished lunch before us were already waiting for us on the recliners when we approached them. My eyes landed on Sam who was jogging over to the group of us. "Found him lying under the bed," he said breathlessly when he reached us.
Andy rolled his eyes and I realized that they were talking about Aaron. "Of course. What did he say?" He asked.
Sam ran a hand through his hair as he took a seat beside me carefully. "He said that he would rather watch tv," he announced, a chuckle erupting through him suddenly. "Dude couldn't even make eye contact with me."
