Only about 8% go through with their New Year resolutions.
I believe that in order to achieve your goals that you set, you have to make a plan or write it down at least.
If you write it down your brain won't have the time to convince you otherwise.I admit that I'm not in one of those 8%. I say I'll do this and that I'll do that, but I never end up doing it. This year I want to change that. I have made a plan and this year I'm gonna try.
2020 New Year resolution:
FITNESS RELATED:
• Build healthy habits in order to lose weight and become healthier.
• Being confident in the gym
NOT FITNESS RELATED:
• Be more positive and appreciate moments with people around me.
• Not let people toxic people back into my life
• Love myself
I hope 2020 bring joy, love and happiness for everyone. Don't think to much about the past and don't worry to much about your future. Try to live in the moment. Appreciate your time with family and friends. Do what you love and live the life that makes you happy❤️
