I scrolled through my contact list, trying to look for Beth's name.

As I reached all the names starting with 'B', I noticed Becky's name.

Right... Becky.

When Beth first came here, I totally went of contact with her. When she left, I started talking to her again. Now I'm totally ignoring her, having blocked her spams.

I feel bad for her.

I had been friends with her for 5 years, and we have been dating for 2 years.

A lot has happened between us throughout this two years.

But I kept my distance still, being that I still don't want to be in such a close relationship. I wasn't ready for any of that shit.

Anyways, I can't believe that I'm being such a mean jerk to her.

She had been crushing on me for literally forever, chasing me around since college years.

She finally got the chance with me and now I'm going to break up with her like a total asshole.

I sighed.

My heart hearts doing this to her but... I have to.

I looked at the time.

3 pm.

I still have time then.

I clicked on Becky's contact instead of Beth's, and unblocked her.

Notifications started coming in at lightning speed and soon, there were 1026 unread messages from her, 67 calls.

Wow. Just wow.

I clicked on the mini phone icon, deciding to call her instead of texting.

Ring! Ring! Ring!, after three rings, she picked up.

"Hello?"

"Becky? Its me, Connor."

"Connor!"

"How have you been, Becks?"

"Great. You?"

"I'm good."

"Omg I'm so glad you finally called! I've been so worried. Like seriously, SUPER worried. You've been weird lately. Just like, on and off, ya know?"

"Hmm-hmm..."

"Connor, is something going on? Because then we should talk."

"Its nothing Becks, everything's great."

"Are you sure?"

"Positive."

"Okay well, just remember I'll always be here for you."

God dammit.

Why did this have to happen to me?!

When Beth wasn't in my life yet she was so bitchy and clingy and now she doesn't even make a big deal about it when I haven't even texted her for 1 week?!

Something's gotten into her and its killing me.

I'm starting to feel like a total jerk now.

"Connor?"
