Sierra-

Monday Morning:

Traffic is being a pain in the butt! I'm just glad I left the house early to arrive at my new job!!! It's a red light and my mom decides to give me a call at the wrong time, so I answer her call on my car thingy.

Me: Hey mommy!

Mom: Hi sweetie, what's new? Will you be home for dinner, dad is making pork chops!

Me: Sounds tasty mom, I'm not sure yet. Guess what!

Mom: You're getting married?

Me: Um, no. I finally got a job!

Mom: Omg! I'm so happy, where?

Me: It's at a mental institute. My place of employment is called "Asylum X."

Mom: Sounds daring! Just be safe and don't forget to tell me about your first day. I love you, bye.

I Arrive:

I soon arrive with 20 minutes to spare so I make my way inside. I approach the desk for the second time and the same lady was there. You must be here to see Anna? My names Skylar, I will be your informational provider and such. She seems nice! She shakes my hand and I take a seat soon after.

Anna my boss welcomes me and replies with a good morning and I do the same. We sit in her office and I feel at home already. Okay so before you can start on Monday, we need to go over regulations, dress code, payment, and your schedule. So how are you getting payed? Direct deposit, I reply. At what bank? Wells Fargo. Ok that's out of the way. So welcome to our team, Dr. Sierra Daniels.

So the dress code is very simple, make sure it is professional, basic, and non-flammable. You will be receiving a white coat and a certified name tag. We both went over the schedule together and I agreed on what I that was given. I work Monday-Friday. I work Saturday for special appointments and I am off Sunday for religious reasons. I was given the "Asylum X" handbook to follow about patients, cleanup, and est.

Two Days Later:

I finished the remainder of the precautions and the regulations. I have been strip searched. Drug tested and my background check came back clear. They also had me do a physical and a mental health check to make sure I'm not mentally ill myself. I was totally clear, ready to do my job fully...
