Ellie rose from her bed hearing Sophie's snores coming from the room next door. At least she knew that Sophie was asleep now,  because she had been crying since four in the morning and Ellie was exhausted.

Of course, she thought, that's what friends do; wipe away boy problem tears. But BOY could Sophie cry! Like no one she had evet known before.

Ellie made her way down the stairs into the front room to fetch her dressing gown. Just as she was tying it around her waist, she heard a hard loud knock on the door. She approached the door and looked through the peep hole to see no one on the other side.

They knocked again.

Ellie lifted the latch on the door and decided to open it just a little to peep out and see who's there. As she did so, a tall hard faced man appeared in front of her, seeming even taller as Ellie was curled over, making her body size even smaller.

It was Liam.

As soon as her brain clicked as to who it was, she attempted to slam to door shut quiet harshly. She wasn't going to let him ruin her morning. He had already ruined her night.

Or was that real reason?

Ellie suddenly recalled how brave and confident she had been with Liam last night, none of which she felt right now. She had watched her last bit of strength be flushed down the toilet this morning along with last nights booze. How lovely.

All of a sudden, a boot appeared at the bottom of the door frame and Liam had kicked his way into Ellie's house. When his body was fully inside the hallway, he pushed Ellie against the hall wall, her butt protected by a wooden telephone stand thus creating at arch in her stance.

He placed his hands on the wall behind her head to prevent her from escaping. Ellie was scared, but had she really not seen this coming? She had probably pushed his patience to the max last night, and she was bound to be punished for it sooner or later.

"I want my breakfast you owe me" he grunts, lip turned up in jest.

I can't yet tell if he is humouring me, but I dare attempt to find out.

I didnt have a death wish.
