Dragon HYDRA (Completed)

Welcoming

As Honda and Makoto reach the mini library, they started making invitation for dragons. "We would be making around at least 100 invitation, right?" Makoto asked. Honda said, "Dragons, heads, Head council, courtrooms."

"Oh, yes, Head council, the people who decides whether to agree or disagree to Dragon's decision". Makoto said to Honda while preparing invitation paper.

"Yes, while every Dragon have responsibility to develop, protect and prosper their domains, whatever decision they make about their domain, is it right or wrong, is it good for civilians or not, to decide that head council exists, to watch over the work and if Dragons, heads or anyone breaks the rule or violets the law or does a crime. The case would go to courtroom to be judged." Honda said.

        "Yes, I know that about a century ago there was war between the Dragon's due to clashing decisions of all them over who will rule the nation, that was the time when everyone witnessed the true dangers of crowned power holders as they battle it out on the battlefield summoning even the Dragons ready to kill each other." Makoto voice got shaky.

           "That was very horrifying sight as the those giant Dragons fought each other. The war destroyed everything, because of this all Dragons come to decision to make peace and run the nation United, that's why the head council was formed". Makoto said with shaky voice and gloom face.

             "Oh! I see you have pretty good knowledge of this." Honda said with smile. "My Father told me about this when I was a child." Makoto said. "Yeah, but why are you sad?" Honda asked.

             "Oh, it's nothing, it just the one who started war was Amphitere Dragon. But I can see why Dragon Hydra is so respected and important as the peace was brought by ancestors of Dragon Hydra same goes for Fire Dragon's and Fairy Dragon's they are also so very respected as this three build the very foundation of head council and such governing process and also as the all Dragons hold such strong powers this powers should not be used for wrongdoings, that's why head council was needed." Makoto smiled with joy.

           "But now everyone is peaceful with each other that there is no need to worry, Makoto said. "I hope this continues forever" Honda said with a little tense face.

          "Right now there is a big problem our domain is facing and that is ogres!!!! If Dragon Hydra don't do something and this ogres do big damage the council would interrogate Dragon Hydra which would not be good. We were lucky that day that very low level ogres attacked us, but upto now many ogres are coming in civilization and badly injured the civilians, and also killed some." Honda said with fright in his eyes.

          "I don't get it, each domain's border is protected by their respective military forces and ogres have always wandered in dark forest which lies between two borders of two domain. And even if they are coming out of forest why soldiers are not able to stop them?!! Even though they got such a strong weapons." Makoto said in angered voice.

( Side note: the domains are separated by dark forest where ogres live, the military forces protect borders of domain from ogres)

         "That is what Lady Kurome is trying to find out. And I hope she succeeds. Now we should hurry up we have to send this invitations out today." Honda said and he started writing invitations.
