Behind an Imperial Family

           "Huh?!! What do you mean?" Judge said in confusion. "Well, I want to represent next heir to the Amphitere domain, Makoto Saito!!!" Kurome said aloud. Everyone gasped. They were shocked to core. "Wait, what? Lady Kur- I mean Dragon Hydra what are you saying?" Makoto stands up and grumbles in confusion.

           "Makoto please keep your voice down. You are speaking to a Dragon." His father sitting beside him stands and says,  calming his son down. "But, father..., *His father nods no* " Makoto sits down.

            "Well I guess Mr. Saito knows what I am talking about. Isn't that right? " Kurome says meeting her eyes with him. "What if I say, that Makoto here have imperial bloodline from Amphitere's family." Kurome said. Everyone there had no idea what she was talking about and were staring at Makoto in confusion. Makoto was in complete shock but what shocked him is that his father wasn't saying anything.

            "Please, Lady Kurome could you clarify this? Judge asked. "Well, let's start from the beginning. Once, a Dragon Amphitere had two children, one son, one daughter. The son was chosen to be the next Dragon Amphitere. And the daughter was chosen to marry a business tycoon in another domain that she didn't wanted to. But her family kept on forcing her, she got so annoyed that she left her home and gone somewhere else. But then she was murdered!!!" Kurome grumbled.

           "Everyone knew that she was more capable than the son to be the next Dragon Amphitere. She had great knowledge and she started to show powers too. When did they knew this.....?! Because a spy was spying on her when she left, then that spy found out that she was gaining powers. But her father didn't like that, so he ordered that spy cum assassin to kill her. Imagine being killed, being told you are not good enough just because you are a woman, aahh, so terrible, right,*Kurome looks through all the court meeting eyes with everyone while they all sigh on such brutality lowering their face down* Well, moving on, when her father got rid of this situation the Dragon's power shifted to his son and he became the next Amphitere. And the women who got murdered was....in fact your great-great grandmother, Makoto. Isn't that right? Mr. Saito!!" Kurome exclaimed.

           Saito nodded yes without saying any word. Makoto was so confused and shocked to core. "But that lady had a child and the person she was secretly married when she was on run was actually running for Viper's election and got elected. Even though they thought that lady's chapter was closed  but her royal blood was still flowing through. They didn't knew who murdered her. My great-great grandmother was best friend of her. She was suspicious of her father but she chose not to tell because it could've endangered her husband and child. If you ask me how I know because my Grandmother had once told me. She knew it from her grandmother. So in a way he is the next heir. Makoto show us your hand." Kurome said. Makoto shows his hand and everyone gasps.

           "Wait, aren't those lines...," Aoi got surprised. "That's right, those lines are the proof that he will soon gain the Dragon's power. This lines would soon form the crest on his hand. Makoto, congratulations....,the Dragon have choosed you." Kurome got overjoyed.

Makoto didn't knew should he be happy or not. "This lines did appear after Amphitere died but I thought they were sort of bruises." Makoto thinking to himself. He was nervous. "But I don't if I am able to do this or not?" Makoto said in shaky voice. "Of course you...... cannot, hahaha." Kurome giggled.

            The gang whispered yet loud, "Yeah, you cannot, you can't...,". "Joke aside. But don't worry, Judge I can say with confidence, that all the days I have been with him, he have great knowledge and potential. He really have the keen information about domains and their businesses. Don't worry his father is we all know is a viper, he would teach him." Kurome finished talking.

            "I guess you are right. He have also started to show powers. And if Dragon have chosen him then we cannot refuse this."

After discussion the court decided that they will honour Makoto with the title of Dragon. But until he doesn't completely gain his powers and becomes responsible enough to handle a domain his father would be the substitute for him. His father was so proud.

After the court meeting ended. Everyone gathered in outside garden to congratulate Kurome. "We were first very shocked and when the decision was made to make you relinquish your title. When the odds were against you we were so disappointed to lose you. You are a great Dragon and you proved it many times. But all that aside we are glad you are again officially became the Dragon." Judge said with joy on his face. The head of council was agreeing too.

           "Thank you so much!! Thanks for having so much faith in me." Kurome said. "Congratulations, Dragon Hydra, it's good to have you again with us. It was so empty here without you." Sea serpent said with smile. "Oh.....! Yes, ummm thank you so much. Yes good to be back." Kurome said while shaking hands with him. While shaking his hand she accidentally slide up his sleeve a little and sees a tattoo design.

         "Oh no, this is,.....," Her eyes widens
