They entered into dark forest the ogres were roaming around, but no ogre attacked them because of the scent. They were getting a little distant from them.

"Hey, Lady Kurome if these scent could make ogres distant from us, isn't there any scent or something which could bring ogres to us?" Sayako asked. "Oh my dear, if we weren't having this scents on us then they would definitely attack us, it's there natural instinct." Kurome said giggling. "But they could be controlled using something." Thought to herself.

"Oh my god, I am such a idiot!" Sayako frustrated. "No, I guess you could have just given me an insight." Kurome said narrowing her eyes. "Wait, stop the jeep!" Kurome shouy. "What happened? Something wrong?" Vice-chief asked. "Look at that, that's the ogre I defeated when it had came to our mansion, right Sayako?!" Kurome said pointing towards the ogre. "How can you tell?" Sayako questioned. "Cause look at that scar around it's neck, I gave it to that ogre." Kurome said.

Kurome got out of the jeep and tried to go towards the ogre.
"Wait, Dragon Hydra don't go too near!" Everyone exclaimed. "Don't worry, it's fine." Kurome said. " This ogre is not attacking because of scent, but ogres hate this scent, then why this ogre is not reacting, not even try to get away from me." Kurome thought. "Fine, this calls it!!" Kurome suddenly threw her jacket towards Sayako which had strong scent on it.

"Are you crazy? Dragon Hydra what are you doing? That ogre will attack you!!" Vice-chief raged. Everyone was lightening struck. But even after Kurome threw her jacket the ogre didn't react.

The vice-chief and the soldiers surrounded Kurome securing her. "Dragon Hydra, we need to get out of here now!!! the other ogres are coming, wear your jacket, we would head out now!!!" Vice-chief shouted loudly.

They got into jeep, Kurome wore her jacket and they got out of there. Vice-chief  wanted to yell at Kurome but as he saw her serious bewildered face, he couldn't.

Once they got back to the military base and the mood finally got a little cooled down,
"What were you thinking? Suddenly throwing you jacket, inviting ogres, what if something would have happened to you? What would I have answered to chief? If something would have happened to your life how this domain is gonna survive?" Vice-chief was yelling loudly at Kurome. "I told you, didn't I? That I am prepared for anything and I was ready and don't forget I am stronger than 1000 men like you." Kurome grumbled loudly at him.

"So what are you telling me? That if situation would have gone out of hand you were ready to summon dragon!!!" Vice-chief angered. "Yes!!" Kurome said looking in his eyes fiercely glaring him down and left to her room. Everyone was standing there speechless.

In evening,
Kurome was roaming through military base with vice-chief talking to soldiers about ogre attacks and chatting with them, she passed through chief's room. "I want to know more, maybe his room would have some clues, but to go inside without someone's permission, hmm, I guess I would ask chief himself." Kurome thinking to herself when suddenly vice-chief said,"If you wanna go inside then you can, chief won't mind." "But, I should not...," Kurome lowered her voice, "It's fine, besides the room is neat and tidy." Vice-chief said giggling. Kurome nodded and went in.

She wanted to find if Chief found something related to ogre attacks or not. There was a closet but she thought not to open it. But Aoi's words flashed through her head and she couldn't stop her hand and saw through his closet. She found some oddly looking little bottles she wonder what was it and kept one with her. There were letters on his tables, which were addressed to Amphitere.

"Wait, What's this?! Are this letters written on military subject, if then why I am not informed about this. And this odd looking bottles, first I need to verify what this is?" Kurome thought to herself.

"Say, vice-chief, was there anything odd about chief that occured to you?" Kurome asked. "Hmm, not really but these past few months he really got himself so busy with work that he won't even sit and eat with us. And also he pretty increased his patrol on borders. Looks like he is also really concerned about ogre attacks." Vice-chief answered proudly. "Oh I see." But Kurome's expression was saying something else.

On the next day,
Chief finally comes back and have meeting with Kurome. She asked if he had found any link to all this mess. His answers were in refusal. Kurome was thinking that he may speak of those odd bottles but he didn't. "Oh, I see. Well if you find anything tell me as soon as you can." Kurome said in disappointment. She started to have doubts on him.

Kurome took her leave and returned back to the mansion.

"Dear little Kurome your days are soon going to be over!!" Chief snickered.
