This world is based on crowned powers which are passed through imperial bloodlines. This crowned powers came from Dragons. Characters can summon the real Dragons who have made them their vessels.
There is one country, in this country there are five domains. And each domain is ruled/governed/handled by the respective imperial heirs. Each domain have vital role in transporting the supplies, other domains need in order to build economy of their domain and also to run country altogether.
Council is the one who keeps the watch on the rulers and their work. If anything goes wrong if someone did crimes or break the rules they would be judged by courtroom.
Every domain have villages, which are controlled by the heads which are chosen by the rulers. They don't have any powers.
