Hey guys, how are you? I wasn't expecting to update so soon after my last one but I'm no longer on my writer's block,so I wouldn't be surprised if I updated my other story as well. Anyway, enough chit chat, enjoy!

Mikey's POV

I was sitting in the back seat comforting y/n when Gee said "So, first stop. Ex boyfriends apartment." That made y/n instantly tense up and fall into my arms. See closed her eyes as tight as possible. Gee looked at me in the rear view mirror with a confused look and mouthed "What's wrong?" I mouthed back "Don't mention Alex right now." He looked kinda upset after he realized what he did.

After a little while of being in the car with y/n in my arms, I realized she had fallen asleep. I didn't really feel like waking her up so I just let my eyes linger on her a bit. I look at her hair and her eyes and admired how pretty she looked when she slept.

I hadn't noticed before how beautiful she was and how much I loved the way she kinda smiled while sleeping and how much I liked her in gen- oh crap. I'm pretty sure I have a crush on the girl I basically just met and got to know. Dammit.

*Frankie sized time skip*

After a few more minutes of staring and admiring y/n's beautiful face, we finally made it to her ex boyfriends apartment. I lightly shook her awake, trying my best not to annoy her.

"Hey y/n, we're here. Time to wake up." I whispered to her. Her only response was to wrap her arms around my waist and whine "5 more minutes." into my stomach. I blushed a small bit and glared at Gerard when he started laughing.

I tried my best to break free from the death grip she had on me. I wasn't exactly sure what to do at the moment so all I did was pick her up bridal style and try to put her on her feet. Me being 5' 10" and her being 5' 5" made it a little bit easier to get her on her feet.

Once she was semi-standing she woke up a little. "Hmm, what, oh god." she said as she saw the apartments. Her arms were still around my waist while mine were around her. She instantly covered her face with my chest as she started to cry. I sighed as I rested my chin on the top of her head in a protective way.

Gee kinda just started walking over to us and hugged y/n from behind to give her extra support. I could feel her tears soak though my shirt as she cried, which made me want to cry with her but also punch that asshole ex boyfriend of hers in the face.

After about 5 minutes of standing outside comforting y/n, she composed herself. We started walking to the door of the building while I kept my arm around her shoulders. And I kept my arm there as Gee knocked on the apartment door.

Gerard POV:

As I knocked on the apartment door, Mikey's grip on y/n's shoulders tightened a bit. I could tell he was intent on not letting go, and I wasn't gonna make him.

When Alex answered the door Mikey's grip only got tighter. When Alex saw who was at his door he was automatically filled with anger. "What the fuck do you want? Who are they?" He snapped. Y/n flinched like a bomb had just went off.

That one reaction caused Mikey to practically throw y/n into me and push us back so he could stand up to this guy. "What the hell man?" Mikey yelled as Alex pushed him "What the fuck is wrong with?!" Mikey screamed as Alex through some punches. He successfully dodged them and took out Alex with one swift right hook.

Alex fell to the floor with a loud thud and I carried him to his bed as Mikey and y/n grabbed her stuff. We left Alex laying in bed, knocked out with a few empty liquor bottles to make it look like he passed out.

As I drove us back took mine and Mikey's place, Mikey was holding y/n in the back seat as she slept on him. I can't blame her being tired, she's gone through a lot today. What with the hospital then her ex and everything, I'm surprised Mikey is awa- oh nevermind, he's asleep too.

When we got home I woke Mikey up, careful not to wake up y/n, so he could carry her inside as I carried her stuff. Mikey was a little groggy but had enough energy to carry y/n to his bed for her to continue her nap.

*Longer time skip*

3rd person POV:

By the time y/n woke up it was already dark out, and she was no longer tired. Y/n knew she wasn't sleeping tonight.

Y/n POV

"Dammit!" I yelled. Mikey sprinted upstairs, since I was in his room, and automatically ran to me and repeated over and over "what's wrong, what's wrong!??!?!!" He's so caring and protective over me. "I slept through the day so now I won't be able to sleep......alone." Wow, do I just say that? Dammit.

"Oh man sorry I didn't wake you up, you just looked so tired when we got home." Mikey apologized, not really catching on to what I said quite yet. Did he even hear that I said that? "So, and don't be weirded out by my suggestion but, do you want me to stay in bed with you tonight so you can sleep?" Hell yeah-er- I mean... "Sure, if your ok with that." Damn I'm chill about this. How is this happening?

His eyes lit up a bit when I said that as he gave me a quick head nod. He got up and said he was gonna go so I can change, he's so caring. After he left I jumped up and ran to my suit case for a pair of shorts and a tee shirt, Green Day of course.i guess he was waiting at the door cuz when I opened it he was standing right next to it, just leaning on the wall.

"It's safe to come in now." I said as I trailed back into the room with him following me like a puppy. I got in bed while he went to turn off the light. Gerard was already sleeping so we didn't have to say we were going to bed.

When Mikey got in he was a few inches away from me until I closed the space between us by cuddling into his chest. I could feel him tense up a bit but relaxed after a second. He wrapped his arm around me as I draped mine over him. Not long after that I fell asleep to the sound of Mikey's heart beat. I slept the best I had in a while that night. Well, like five minutes of the night.

Ahhhhh!!!! This chapter is SOOOO much longer than I expected it to be. I'm very excited about it. Although, while I was writing it seemed a bit choppy so tell me what you thought. Anyway, thanks guys, gals, and non-binary pals and stay tuned for chapter three.
