"so basically, i was dating this guy ... (bryn tells you the story about her toxic relationship back in Florida) ... i moved out here and GUESS WHAT HE DID."

"what??" You asked.

"he got a PLANE TICKET and flew ALLLL THE WAY OUT HERE to see me. god what a pig, am i right?"

You nodded. "for sure. but.. doesn't that mean he cares?"

She shook her head. "he only cares because he can't have me anymore. once he gets me, he doesn't want me anymore, trust me."

"got it. sorry i don't know much about relationships haha, i had these 2 best friends that basically chased away any guy i came close to being with."

"oou maybe they liked you." She wiggles her eyebrows at you.

You shook your head. "they've been my best friends since 2nd grade, i didn't think so. but recently i found out that one of them had a crush on me since 7th grade :/ and apparently still does."

Her eyes widened. "still?! wait.. you're still friends with them?"

"of course. they live here in LA. the only reason i moved out here was because i missed them so much back in new jersey."

"ohhh so you lived in new jersey?"

"well i was born in washington, then my dad got a job out in jersey so we moved out there when i was about 8 or 9? and then i met the twins. we became instant best friends. then when they turned 15 they moved out to LA because they became cElEbRiTiEs and i didn't see them for a whole year. thennnn i convinced my parents to move out to LA and now i live here because of them."

Her eyes widened. "hold on.. are these friends? the dolan twins?"

you sighed. "yep."

"OMG I CANT BELIEVE YOURE FRIENDS WITH THE DOLAN TWINS!" She jumped around in her seat excitedly.

you smiled slightly. "ahahah i know, i know. you can meet them if you want."

She stopped jumping and slammed her hands on the table, staring you in the eyes with even more excitement. "NO WAY! i've been obsessed with them for the past year. THAT WOULD BE SO AWESOME."

"i got you! but.. they're kinda the people i have gossip about :/"

"wait?! spillll!"

You sighed. "WELL everything was normal between us until one day grayson came over and we were making cookies and then.. idk.. we just.."

"YOU KISSED?!" She said loudly.

"at first yeah and then.."

"no way.. you HAD SEX WITH GRAYSON DOLAN?!?" She yelled even louder.

you brought your pointer finger to your mouth. "Shhhh, quiet down. no one needs to know."

you both laughed. "but that's not all."

Her eyes widened again "you're kidding!"

"i started falling for him, but then he started acting weird.. so THEN ethan came over later the next day and we were just watching a movie, a scary one, ugh, and i was all cuddled up to him and stuff and then i fell asleep on him and woke up in his arms the next morning and DUDE I STARTED FALLING FOR HIM TOO."

"NO FREAKING WAY." She covered her mouth with her hands.

"and THEN grayson came over because i needed to talk about what happened between us but then i had an unexpected visitor and i was crying for hours so he was helping me through that. THEN i had another EXTREMELY unexpected visitor and he yelled for a while but then calmed down and left. then after he left.. me and grayson had an amazing kiss.. but later that night, i couldn't sleep so i texted ethan and he came over and took me on an adventure and we ALSO KISSED and NOW IM CONFUSED AND IDK WHO I WANT OR WHAT TO DO." You covered your face with your hands in frustration.

She shook her head. "you're the luckiest girl alive."

you sighed. "you have no idea:/"

the waiter brought you guys your food and you ate and talked for another half an hour.
you told bryn about your parents, about your aunt, and about your brother. she knows everything now.

"idk why i'm able to tell a stranger my entire life story, but i guess i am. you're super easy to talk to, i'm glad i met you."

she smiled. "me too! let's hang again soon? you're super fun and your life is crazy, i love hearing about it."

"you too! text me, here's my actual number."
you hand her a piece of paper with your number on it.

"thanks :) i'll text you when i get home."

you both left and you drove home.

when you get home, you walk inside and plop onto the couch. you were starting to get tired since you hadn't gotten any sleep, so you turned on a movie and laid down on the couch, trying to take a nap and eventually dozing off.

about 3 hours later you're woken by the sound of your phone ringing. grayson was calling you.

what the? grayson never calls me? what's going on??

you pick up the phone. grayson sounded hysterical and you could hear sirens in the background of the phone call.

"Y/N COME QUICK I NEED YOU." He yelled through the phone.
you started panicking. "oh my god grayson what's going on??"

grayson started crying. "please just come to the hospital, i'll explain when you get here." he hung up

you started getting really worried.

omg is he okay?? fuck.. what could've happened..??

you hurried and got your shoes on and ran out the door and drove to the hospital as quickly as possible.

when you arrived you saw grayson waiting for you outside, bawling. "grayson what's going on are you okay??

he hugged you tight. "y/n... e- ethan.."

you started to get really worried. "what?? Is he okay? What happened??"

"idk if he's going to make it.." he began bawling. you started tearing up.

you released from the hug, but still gripped your hands on his arms. "what's going on ?? grayson please, tell me what's going on."

grayson tried to speak, but he was hyperventilating. "e-ethan.. someone c-came in.. and th-they... y/n he m-might be d-dead.." grayson started bawling even more.

you started crying and hugged him as tight as you could. "no.."
