you put a hand over your mouth and stumbled backwards.

"is.. there a problem? if they're not home i can come back later, i know it's pretty late." He said, feeling guilty.

"no, please come in." Gray said, opening the door wider.

you started tearing up. "um.. i'm sorry. i just need a minute, i'll be right back." you ran up the stairs with tears running down your face.

The man at the door looked at grayson. "did i do something?"

grayson sighed. "it's not you. she'll explain.. she's just had a hard couple of days. just, take a seat on the couch. we'll be right back." grayson ran up the stairs after you.

you locked yourself in the bathroom and sat against the wall as you started crying even more, when you heard footsteps walking towards the bathroom door. grayson lightly knocked. "y/n..?"

you stand up and open the door with tear stained cheeks.

"are you o-" before he can say anything else, you wrap your arms around his waist and start crying even more. he pulls you in tightly.

"i'm so tired of crying.. why do i have to be so sensitive.."

he sighs. "there's nothing wrong with being sensitive.. you've been through a lot y/n, don't be too hard on yourself."

you started to calm down a little and released your grip from grayson. "grayson.. he's my.. brother. i had no idea.. i thought i was an only child.."

"me too.."

"and.. he's here to see our parents.. he doesn't even know that they're.." you started tearing up again. "i'm sorry grayson.."

"don't be. it's okay.. but, he's basically the only family you have left.. maybe you should go get to know him..?"

you inhaled and exhaled deeply. "okay.."

you walk out of the bathroom and make your way downstairs. you see him sitting on the couch texting his girlfriend. "hi.. i'm sorry about that."

he looked at you. "no worries, i'm guessing you've had a tough week."

"you have no idea.." you sat down next to him. "so um.. what's your name?"

"my name is Braydon. i'm 23. i lived in and out of foster homes out in washington. it's great out there.. have you ever been?"

"yeah.. listen Braydon, there's a lot that you're about to hear so prepare.."

he looked at you weirdly. "..what?"

you inhaled deeply. "where do i even start.." you paused for a moment. "um well, i guess i better start off by just telling you that.. we're siblings.."

his facial expression fell. "wait.. what?"

"that's just the beginning.. buckle up." You looked him in the eyes, then focused you attention on the floor. "i'm 17. shannon and jerry gave birth to me in washington where we lived there up until about 2nd grade. my aunt had to move in with us because her roommate committed suicide and she couldn't afford to live on her own.. then we moved out to new jersey, which is where i met ethan and grayson. they've helped me through so much.. but they became youtubers and decided to move out to LA, and i missed them more than anything. i hadn't seen them for a whole year, so i finally convinced my parents to let us move out to LA so that i could be with them. on our way, i drove in a car with my aunt and my parents took a separate car. on the way there.. they got in a wreck and both passed away.."

braydon's face became emotionless. "so.. they're not.. here?"

"i'm sorry.." you looked at him sympathetically.
