Jimin's Pov

"TaeTae you won't believe what just happened today." I put my phone on my bathroom counter as my best friend Taehyung is on speaker.

"What happened?? You got a pet? No maybe you saw an alien!!" He yells excitedly. I laugh as I bend down to open the sink drawer.

"You're an alien." I say as I get back up with a face wash in my hand. Tae does a dramatic gasp.

"That's mean!"

I chuckle as I turn on the faucet and begin splashing my face with water.

"So as I was saying, you know how my mom's company was starting to fail?" I say as I close my eyes and continue rinse my face.

"Yeah, oh did you find a solution?" Tae askes from the other side of the phone. "Mhm" I hum to let him know I agreed.

"Oh! Lemme guess! Uh..." Tae starts saying as I chuckle knowing he's never going to guess it. I open my eyes and look at myself in the mirror.

"You got a job!" He exclaims causing me to scrunch my face into an expression saying what the hell?

I forget he can't see me so I say, "What? No. I mean I wish but you know my mom won't let me." I sigh. My mom literally won't let me since we are one of the rich people. Kinda annoying.

"Okay so what is it?" Tae asks as I open my face wash and squeeze some of it out and onto my middle and index finger.

"I'm getting married..." I say quietly and then he turns quiet. A little too quiet. I stop what I'm doing and look at the phone.

"TaeTa-"

"WHAT YOURE GETTING MARRIED?" He yells causing me to jump in my spot.

"Tae! Keep it down!" I say as I start rubbing the face wash cream on my face.

"B-But I thought we were going to get married." I choke on my own saliva of what he just said. Right when I open my mouth to speak Tae cuts me off.

"I'm kidding Chim but who are you even getting married to and how will that help??" He says with concern and confusion in his voice. I honestly wish I had another reason than getting married to someone I don't even know and I don't wanna know.

So I tell him everything and how the day went. From getting up from my bed til the ending of the talk with the Jeons.

I walk out of the bathroom and head to my room.

"That's crazy! And he's an asshole? Watch if he ever hurts you I'm going to cut his dick off." He says with a little huff at the end showing his "toughness".

I burst into laughter at his words as I enter my room. I close my door and run to my bed, jumping on it.

"Wow Tae I didn't expect that."

We talk about all types of things, laughing at random stuff and jokes Tae learned from our friend Jin.

"Well Tae sadly I have to start packing my stuff because sometime tomorrow I'm going to live with that asshole." I say rubbing my forehead because I don't want to go.

"Chim make sure to keep me up on what happens and remember what I will do if he ever does anything bad to you." He says protectiveness in his voice. I smile warmly even though I know he can't see me.

"Yes yes I will do both okay? I will talk to you later bye!" Tae says bye back and I hang up the phone.

I sit up and look around my room.

"I'm going to regret this."
