16: Relaxing Night

A/N: So did you guys hear about the stuff disney+ is going to put out? Falcon and Winter Soldier. Loki. Wanda and Vision. I don't have all the details unfortunately, but go check it out the trailer! I can't wait!

One movie turned into two, and two turned into three. Steve looked over his shoulder to where Bucky and Lupo were fast asleep. Lupo had her back against Bucky's chest, his right arm around her midsection. A pillow from the couch was cushioned between his head and metal arm. Lupo's paws were curled up against her body, her muzzle against Bucky's neck. How Bucky was sleeping with her cold nose against his neck, Steve had no idea. Seeing that the blanket they had covering them had fallen towards the ground, Steve gave a small smile while he leaned down to grab the blanket so he could pull it back over then when he saw a flash of light from behind him. Turning around, he saw Clint with his phone out pointed at him.

"I'll send the picture to you guys.", Clint had a small smile on his face. Everyone that had their eyes on the sweet moment soon turned them back to the TV.

Steve shook his head and finished pulling the blanket up around Bucky's shoulder, making sure that Lupo's head wasn't covered by the blanket. Seeing Bucky pull Lupo closer to his chest, Lupo giving a large relaxing sigh at being pulled closer, Steve felt his heart swell with love. Those two were perfect for eachother.

Soon the credits were rolling for their third movie. Everyonr stretched saying 'goodnight' as they went to go to bed. Pietro gently picked up a sleeping Wanda, saying goodnight for both them before taking his sister up to bed. Steve said hsi good nights and leaned over to gently shake Bucky awake. Whispering his name when his eyes shot open. Seeing that it was just Steve and the movie credits, Bucky sighed giving a small chuckle.

"Come on, Buck. Let's get to bed. I'll carry Lupo. We don't need you falling with her under you again.", Steve wasn't able to miss the pillow that was launched at his head at the comment.

It was the truth though.

Bucky, Clint, Natasha and Tony went on a mission for a few days and understandably came back exaughsted. Lupo was very excited for their return. Barking and howling, jumping like a deer around them. Tripping them a few times not realizing what she was doing. But the exaughsted hero's knew they she was just showing her excitement for them being back. Tony went to bed right as he got home. While the rest went to get some needed food before crashing in their rooms. Lupo wouldn't leave Bucky's side. They all melted into the couch where Steve was watching some TV show. Natasha and Wanda sitting on either side of Clint, promptly falling asleep after eating, with their heads on either of his shoulders. Clint not far behind with his head resting on the back of the couch. Bucky had fallen asleep sprawled on Lupo's bed with her laying acrossed his chest.

Steve let them get an hour of sleep in before waking Clint and Wanda up. They were the least dangerous of the four at the moment. Clint woke Natasha and soon they all disappeared to go into their rooms. Steve kneeled down, seeing Lupo looking at him with a sleepy glaze over her blue eyes. Steve smiled and pointed to Bucky. Lupo quickly got the idea.

Lupo first pawed at Bucky's chest gently. All she got was a groan in response. She crawled closer to face before putting a few good long licks on Bucky's face. Much to Steve's entertainment. Bucky woke up sputtering but laughing, pushing her wet, licking tongue away from his face. Everyone quickly figured out it was just easier and safer to let Lupo wake Bucky up.

Bucky grumbled while getting up. Cracking his back as he stood, Bucky leaned down to pick Lupo up. Bucky never got out of the habit of picking Lupo up after she got her new leg from T'Challa. Lupo didn't mind at all. She loved it when Bucky carried her. She didn't let it happen often, but during certain circumstances, she would let him carry her.

With Lupo safetly in his arms, Bucky walked forward with Steve to his room. When out of absolutely nowhere, a ghost rock appeared right as Bucky lifted his left foot to take another step. Tripping over the ghost rock, Bucky forward fell with Lupo in his arms. It was almost comical how Lupo's eyes went wide when she figured out what was about to happen. Like it was out of a cartoon.

A loud barking yelp was heard as Bucky's large, heavy body landed on top of Lupo. Hearing the loud, pain filled yelp throughout the tower, Pietro came into the living room with a blue strip following behind him. Pietro and Steve helped Bucky push himself off of Lupo. Quickly checking to make sure she was okay. Kisses and many, many pets later, Lupo picked Bucky's cheek saying it was okay. But the glare she somehow had, didn't go away. Yes, she understood that it was on accident and that he was exaughsted after a tough mission. But. That didn't mean it didn't hurt!

Pietro and Steve snorted in entertainment seeing the glare but Steve proceeded to get his best friend up to get him into his bed. He obviously needed sleep. Lupo walked beside them as they proceeded to Bucky's room.

"Shut up Punk. That was one time and it was after a tough mission. I was exaughsted." Bucky gently sat up, his left metal arm holding his weight. Running his right hand through his long brown hair.

Seeing that Lupo was still asleep after he moved, a loving smile graced his face. As weird as it sounds, Bucky loved watching her sleep. Lupo was relaxed, no cares about what was going on around her. Like Hydra never invaded her life.

Steve gently picked the sleeping Lupo in his arms, getting her situated before walking with Bucky to his room. After getting to Bucky's room, Steve laid Lupo on her side of the bed. Bidding a goodnight to Bucky, Steve headed to his room to get some sleep himself.

Bucky crawled into bed after getting some pajama pants on and doing his nightly routine. A big sigh escaping him before he pulled the covers over himself, pulling Lupo's blanket over her after pulling her back into his chest, his right arm curling around her body. Hearing her long, relaxed sigh, Bucky rested his head on his pillow and slowly fell asleep. Hearing Lupo's breathing, feeling her chest lifting his arm with each breath. A small smile on his face.

A/N: I have a new book! It is called Drawings from my Books! Pretty self explanatory in think. Lol I had a seizure last night, so my mind isn't all there. Soooo if there is anything wrong with this chapter, please let me know so I can fix it. I would try to explain how the drawing thing will go in the drawing book, I can't really remember what it was at this moment and I'm to lazy to go back and look it up. My mind is saying 'Just get this chapter up! They have been waiting for too long! Just get it up! The book explains it all!' lol so yeah. Also, do you guys like seeing the step by step thing with my drawings? Please let me know!
