Help Her

《Todoroki's POV》

It was about 8 PM when I heard a sudden and near noise outside my dormitory. It sounded like someone fell pretty hard, so I went to investigate and perhaps help whoever it is.

I open my door and grazed my eyes all around the hallway to see someone laying on the ground, looking exhausted.

"Yaoyorozu? Yaoyorozu!" I was glad it was her for some reason, probably because I've been wanting to drop by her dorm to talk.

She looks sick, I should get her to Recovery Girl again.

Just then, a thought flashed through my mind. Wasn't Kendo sneaking a bottle of sake into the dorms? Yaoyorozu must've gotten carried away with her friends and became drunk. I can't blame her though, I would to; it seems exciting, I guess. Anyway, I can't let her get into a meaningless lecture about drinking as a teenager.

I put my hand to her nose to check her breathing and found that it was slow, meaning she was asleep. I checked if she had any keys to get into her dorm, but she has a lock pad, so I couldn't find one. I put my arms underneath her knees and her neck to lift her up to my room. Once again, it was difficult to open doors with someone in my arms. My face felt hot and probably looked red as my hands shifted to her thighs ever so slightly. As I readjusted my hands, my thurible that was flowing out lavender incense fell and cracked. Shit. Why now? People are gonna think...

I refused to finish that last sentence.

I placed her on my futon and covered her with a blanket I started to cool with my quirk. Her head was burning up when I touched it and she was sweating. I fixed a cooling pad on her forehead and took her temperature.

39 degrees was what it read. That's a high fever, she's gonna have to stay here.

It wasn't comforting to know someone was staying over the night in my dorm room, let alone Yaoyorozu, the person I admire the most. Though, I did like this. I like helping her and I like it when she looks all unkempt. It makes me feel like I can do anything around her.

Her black locks were elegantly falling off to the side and her face was gentle, like a flower. Her skin was a little pale from drinking, I'm guessing, and absolutely clean of any blemishes or marks. Her face and neck were free from imperfections, but her arms, legs, even her back from what I could see was covered in small scars. I was curious, as anyone would be, but there was a prominent thought that came appearing to me every other second. Was she getting hurt at home?

I pulled out another futon from my closet and filled my head with nothing but Yaoyorozu.

...

《Yaoyorozu's POV》

There was a strange chill in the air when I woke up. My eyes opened at a slow pace and my body was still trying to wake. I woke up to the feeling of a cold blanket and a headache.

Still? This hurts.

I get up to stretch my back and arms when I see someone laying next to me, facing the other side.

A blush finds it's way on my face as I realize that it was Todoroki, my most anticipated rival and idol, sleeping next to me. I lifted up his covers and shook him to wake him up as I kept thinking about how I shamelessly collapsed near a boy's door.

"Hm? What is it?" Todoroki rubbed the sleep out of his eyes and gently lifted himself up, revealing his disheveled appearance. It's funny how he looks so messy in the morning.

"Hi." What was that Momo?!

"Uh, hi." Todoroki waved me a small hello as I blushed an unorthodox amount. I tried covering my face with a blanket, but he brushed it off to see me.
