Don't Touch Her

《Yaoyorozu's POV》

It was a briskly Saturday morning, which wasn't any good for me; I have to run laps. Looking outside my window, I realized I needed warmer clothes, so I grabbed a simple overcoat and headed for my door. I understand an overcoat isn't the best choice for running, but it was all I had.

As I open the door, I hear a suspicious clicking sound by my windowsill. I ignore it and head to the elevator in a quick manner.

As I got off the dormitory elevator, I heard it again.

Click.

It seemed very similar to that of a camera click, so I try to see if anyone is around me, but again, no one. Not a single soul would be up this early, let alone in the common area. I infer that it's just me who hears this and head outside the building into one the general-purpose fields UA has.

As I reach the field, the wind started to pick up and it changed my face from unfazed to gritting my teeth in the cold. I hug my arms and decide that today wasn't the best day to run laps, not that I need to anyway.

I grab my water bottle and head back into the dorms, but I had an urge to roam around. There was a small snack corner store near here, so I wanted to go visit it. I left my water bottle at the field and directed towards the entrance of UA, walking at a quick pace. As I reach the store, the owner didn't seem to be awake yet, so I left with a look of disappointment on my face. I wanted some caramel.

My hands and eyes lowered, but only to spot a quite familiar looking man. Is that... My eyes blinked for a bit, The Akihabara man! What a coincidence! Wait, wasn't my interaction with him negative?

I didn't want to engage in any conversation this early, so I kept walking. When I reached a few feet behind him, he started to talk.

"You look lovely today, Momo."

I turned around at what looked like a near drooling middle aged man staring at me. Everywhere. He, he knows my name.

My face felt like it froze. I didn't know what to say, so I just said, "Thank you, sir."

He grins, his wrinkles being enunciated in every corner of his face.

"You know, it's a shame our age is so far apart, I would've had you for myself if it wasn't. But you wouldn't oblige to that, so I'd have to do it by force." He inched closer to me, giving me a sick feeling in my stomach.

"I must be going."

"It's a Saturday, what's the rush? Talk with me for a while." This was sickening.

"No, thank you. I, um, I need to study, as students should." I started to step away from the man.

He instantly grabs my wrist, just like the time he did before. "I could teach you a few things. I'm a mature man, I'm sure you understand." He sounded disgusting.

He gripped my wrist even harder, creating a faint red bruise. His free hand lingered around below my waist, trying to signal something. All I could do was hold my breath; I wasn't allowed to harm a citizen.

"GET THE FUCK OFF HER!" I hear a yell across the street and turn my head while the man is still gripping onto my legs. My God, I felt like I was gonna cry.

"B--Bakugou!" I try to break out of the man's grip, but he insists on me staying with him.

"WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS!? WHY IS HE TOUCHING YOU!?" Bakugou sounded enraged. It was odd, but very reassuring.

"This is a misunderstanding," I lied, "He was trying to help me up after I, uh, I fell."

Bakugou walked up to us and snatched my hand from the man, pushing me far back behind him and raising an arm sideways as a way to hide me from him.
