~Foxy's POV~
I just sat on the floor of my stage, listening to Freddy play his stupid song for another birthday party.
Then, I heard crying and footsteps coming this way. What did Freddy do? I hope something to put him out of order.
Something ran in Pirates Cove, and crawled through the curtains. It was a little girl, about 8 or 9 years old, with light brown hair holding two cardboard swords, which she then proceded to throw across the stage.
She took something else off of her head, and buried her face in her hands, not seeing me.
The thing landed at my feet. It was an eyepatch. Does she like pirates?
I picked it up with my hook. The last person I saw with an eyepatch was-
I was about to throw it away like she did, but something made me go up to her and give it back instead.
She looked up, her face covered in tears.
"Wh-who are you?" She asked, clearly afraid. Please, don't be afraid. I won't hurt you.
"I'm Foxy."
"F-foxy? Please don't hurt me."
"Why would I hurt you?"
She thought about it, then I could see her relax.
"Hi Foxy, I'm Maddie."
"Hello. I see ya like pirates."
She nodded, then cried more.
"What's wrong, matey? Are ye upset 'cause of Freddy?" I had to know if Freddy hurt her. Then go all "bite of 87" on him for it.
"No, a girl who I thought was my friend just invited me to her party because she wanted more presents."
Maddie cried more and I hugged her, my jaw awkwardly hanging open. At least she didn't mind.
"Thank you, Foxy. You're my real friend."
She put on the eyepatch and grabbed a sword. I grabbed the other one with my "barely-useful" hand. I could just barely use it.
We began to sword fight. After a few minutes we sat back down again and talked.
"So, Foxy. Why aren't you up there with Freddy?"
"Aye, I was put out of order years ago."
"But, why? You're great."
"I'm afraid that's for a later time." I didn't want to scare away my only friend. And I didn't want here to lose hers.
"Wanna go play pirate some more, Foxy?"
"Anything for you, Maddie."
