Alex finally got arrested, thank god for that. I look at B and he has the face of 'yay I did this, I got him taken away' on. I send I silent prayer up to god that Brantley didn't hurt Alex.
"Umm, what happened?" I ask
"Your ex-boyfriend is in the pen for 25 years" Luke tells me
I jump into Brantley's arms and kiss his cheek.
"I need a place to live" I say
"Say what now?" Luke asks
"I don't own the house, Alex does and I'm not going back there" I explain
"Stay with me" Brantley tells me
"I think I can do that" I smile
"So now what?" Jason asks
"How 'bout another bonfire" Luke suggests
"Yes" I say and point at Luke
"Sound good to me" B shrugs
I look at B and back to the boys and let out a big yawn. B shifts me so he's kinda cradling me like a baby. I look up at him and then lay my head on his shoulder and close my eyes.
"Well I think the princess here needs another nap" B laughs
I lightly smack his face to show that I'm still awake. I can feel B walking back inside and sit on the couch. I move again so I'm laying completely on top of Brantley, and drift off to sleep.
