All the guys are at my momma's house for lunch when I realize that Nikki didn't come over with Kane. I wonder where she is, I mean she wasn't there when I went by this morning and she isn't here now. It takes me till after we say grace to speak up.
"Where's Nikki?" I ask
Everyone drops there forks and looks at me before looking at each other. They all share a scared look before Luke speaks up.
"She's gone." Luke says
"What do you mean she's gone?" I ask demandingly.
"Nikki left town. It was time for her to move on and it's all because of you." Kane replies.
"And before you say anything, it's because of you dating Amber and the fact that you kissed her and walked away, or maybe even the fact that she's been in love with you for years!" Luke exclaims.
My eyes go wide at what Luke just blurted out. I knew things got out of hand, but I didn't realize just how much.
"Any idea where she went?" I ask
"I think she texted that she was goin' the Myrtle Beach." Kane
It hit me, I've been in love with Nikki the whole time, all the other girls were just fillers. I shoot up out of my chair and run for my truck.
"Where are you going?" Brian asks
"To get Nikki and bring her home." I reply and pull out of the driveway
