with a soft sigh, cold air puffed out of [your name]'s mouth. she stared blankly at the dark street in front of her, not particularly worried that she was out past her curfew.

she had come out to the park to clear her head, feeling stressed about tomorrow's license exam. she knew she had a powerful and all but she still had her doubts of her own capabilities. [your name] was always in the top three but never came out on top. she hated it.

a sudden flicker of the lamppost made her squeak and flinch. she absolutely hated the dark, it scared her ever since she was a child. it would be utterly humiliating if any of her classmates saw that the almighty [your name] was scared of the dark.

she faced many obstacles in her past and concurred them but her fear of the dark would be with her til the day she died because there was no way she was going to face her fear.

[your name] took out a kunai and held it out as soon as she heard someone stand behind her. but to her relief, it was just her idiot of a boyfriend, katsuki bakugou.

"baku!" she whined, putting her kunai away, "you know you can't scare me!"

bakugou chuckled and smiled, kissing her cheek as an apology. he moved around the bench and plopped down next to her.

she stared down at her lap where her fingers interlaced. her voice was barely a whisper, "why are you here, baku?" bakugou had always seemed to be able to break down her high walls she built up so no one would see that [your name] was just a scared little girl who hid behind a mask, always scared, but never showing it.

bakugou took her hand and squeezed it before sighing, creating a puff of cold air. "i was just worried about you, but after you pulled that kunai on me, i'm not so worried." he smiled and turned his head toward her, smiling.

[your name] had also managed to break down his walls, finding the once kind and sweet bakugou that was hidden away for so long. but he doesn't really show much, only when they're alone.

"i just-," [your name] was cut off by another squeak escaping her mouth when the light flickered, engulfing them in darkness for a few seconds before embracing them with light.

she sighed and let go of bakugou's arm, running a hand through her [your hair color] locks as a way to calm down. she suddenly felt bakugou wrap his arm around her shoulder and pull her close, keeping her in a safe and comfortable hold. "go on." he softly encouraged, smiling down at her.

[your name] felt her heart thumping in her chest as her cheeks flushed. she slowly fell into his warm embrace and snuggled into his chest, smiling while she took in his calming scent.

the girl took a shaky breath and looked up at bakugou, telling her tale, "i was worried about tomorrow's license exam... it's stupid and-"

"no its not, i'm worried about it too, but i know we'll both do great." bakugou rubbed small circles on her back and kissed her forehead.

she nodded and snuggled further into his chest, all the worries she was once faced with slowly disappeared as she continued to hold bakugou. and his worries faded as well, feeling happy and carefree.
