that night, [your name] didn't get a wink of sleep

that night, [your name] didn't get a wink of sleep. she was too busy destroying all evidence of shoto in her life. pain and sorrow soon turned into anger and hatred after crying for fours hours, her eyes still swollen and a migraine staying with her.

she threw away all their pictures, all the necklaces he brought, the earrings he bought, the love letters and even all the cards he wrote her from all the holidays they celebrated together.

wanting to truly destroy his presents of ever setting foot in her room, [your name] sprayed and sprayed bottles of her favorite perfume, making sure to break the ones shoto got and use her own. when it got jammed and wouldn't spray, she threw it at her wall out of frustration.

once the girl was done, she wiped her tears that leaked out and sighed. she sat down at her coffee table and lay her head down without closing her eyes, just staring at the door, her hopes of shoto walking in and begging to take her back flew out the window along with all his hoodies he borrowed her and never took back.

part of her thought what she was doing was wrong and she shouldn't have reacted that way by destroying everything, but then she slapped that part of her when she heard a soft moan, to clarify, someone moaning shoto's name. and she recognized the voice as momo's. [your name] wasn't particularly close to her because, well... she disliked the black haired girl to quite an extent where she couldn't be alone in the same room with her for even more than a second.

now though, now she had a reason to loath her and not feel bad. [your name] furrowed her brows and shut her window rather hard, maybe even hard enough to get the two next door to shut the fuck up and screw somewhere else before she lost her lunch.

yes, lunch. [your name] didn't attend dinner as she usually did. most of the students sitting at the table questioned where the [your hair color] haired girl was since the table was awfully quiet without her. but only two people at the table knew why she didn't want to come when mina had came back after asking [your name] why she wouldn't eat and got no reply.

while at the table, shoto got some death glares. sadly, – not really –  whenever he would look up he wouldn't feel their eyes burning a hole through his head but felt it when he looked down again. at least someone cared for the poor girl.

as she stared at her alarm clock, the bright [your favorite color] bold numbers hurting her eyes but she ignored the pain and continued to stare at it, '2:09'. in four hours she would have to get up and get ready for the day. how sad was that?

within those spare four hours, [your name] didn't bother herself with trying to get some sleep though she desperately needed it. instead she got ready like how she did every morning, this time without a single smile.

she sat down at the dressing table and brushed her hair, softly singing a tone her mother used to sing. "a remedy, a melody...a memory that's left behind just for me... if i stop right now...if i just turn it off...will everything will it all be more comfortable?"

[your name] sighed and stated at herself in the mirror. her eyes had dark circles under them, her lips were chapped, her cheeks were as chubby and adorable as they usually were, her face was looking quite pale and she particularly didn't care. admittedly, she actually liked the dark circles because she looked like kanato from her favorite anime and shinsou from general studies.

the girl took two hair ties and made two low pigtails as per usual, adding a clip so her fringe wouldn't be able to get in her eyes. she took some clear lip gloss added a small amount, not wanting to be the second crusty that existed.

with a soft sigh, [your name] stood up and grabbed her bag, wanting to get to class extra early. she peaked through her door and made sure no one was walking around and began trotting down the hallway.

she heard a click but didn't pay much attention to it. then giggles and low chuckles filled the quiet hallway. her grip on her school bag tighten as she took a glance and instantly regreted her decision. there stood shoto kissing momo passionately.

feeling so hurt and angry and jealous, she turned a corner and found her framed photo that she hung on the wall along with all the other pictures of her classmates. [your name] grabbed it and threw it to the floor, enjoying the shriek coming from momo.
