Web Warriors into the Spider-Verse Prologue Part 3

On the plane, Isabelle falls asleep and she keeps having a nightmare. Her life was damaged thanks to Richard. But when she fell asleep again. She dreams of her mother, her father, her friends and her boyfriend Chad.

The next day, she woke up and she sees the Eiffel Tower. "Whoa..." she said in awe. "It's so beautiful."

The plane finally landed. Isabelle finally made it to Paris. She was gonna stay at her aunt's place for the next 2 weeks. Isabelle walks into the town. And she saw a billboard. "Welcome to Paris, home of Ladybug and Cat Noir." She read out loud. "Oh cool. They have superheroes in Paris." She read more at the bottom. "Including Carapace, Rena Rouge, Queen Bee, Volcanasaur, White Wolf and Kid Arachnid. Oh I've heard of Kid Arachnid. He's a bigger deal back in Neo-Tech." She said to herself.

Isabelle's aunt Lindsey Parker saw her niece from the window of her apartment and ran downstairs to open the door for her. "Well, well, well... Isabella Reiko Parker. I haven't seen you in 3 years." Lindsey said.

"Hey Aunt Lindsay, long time no see." Isabelle said. "I'm sure my dad told you why I came to Paris."

"Yeah he did." Lindsey replied. "Your gonna go to Françoise DuPont High School."

"Yeah. My teacher told me it's the perfect way to get extra credit. Plus after my incident a while back, it'll teach me about new culture." Isabelle explained.

"I promised your father that I have the best lawyer in Paris to help him with taking down that super bully Richard." Lindsey said.

"Well I'm gonna go unpack my stuff and we can watch some TV. I brought my favorite DVD case. The Japanese Spider-Man series." Isabelle said.

"Your still hooked up to that show Izzy? Come On, it's from the 70's." Lindsey said.

"I can't help. I mean who wouldn't love this. The Spider-Man of Japan was super cool. Plus I've recovered it from an antique store. It was in the renaissance section with old culture from Tokyo, Japan before before the great invasion."

"Well we had those Revengers to thank. They died trying to save Tokyo those years ago." Lindsey mentioned.

"Yeah but... hey. If it weren't for the US and Japan to cooperate. Neo-Tech wouldn't be what it is today."

After some more chatting. Isabelle and her aunt Lindsey watched Japanese Spider-Man. And the next day... Isabelle went to her new school Françoise DuPont High. She was okay over there. She attended a few classes. Passed a fee tests. Her teacher Ms. Dupain-Cheng... was kinda curious about Isabelle and her scar face. "Excuse me... Isabelle, is it?" She asked.

"Yeah that's me. What is it Ms. Dupain-Cheng?" Isabelle asked.

"I couldn't help but be curious... I know I never asked this before but... what happened to your eye?" Ms. Dupain-Cheng asked.

"Is it just the eye. I know you wanted to talk about my bleach skin." Isabelle noticed. "It's not racist. I put makeup on my skin to help look normal again. As for the eye... I was in a... bad relationship and I was too stubborn and blinded by love to realize it. But my aunt and dad are gonna help me sure my ex once and for all." Isabelle said.

Ms. Dupain-Cheng eyes widened. Shewas in shock. Isabelle was a victim of a bad love. She felt sorry for her.

"It's fine though. I'm getting all the help I need. My friends back.in my old school in Neo-Tech have been supporting me all the way." Isabelle said.

"It's good to hear." Ms. Dupain-Cheng said nervously. " Your dismissed now." As Isabelle left the classroom... Ms. Dupain-Cheng thought to herself... 'a victim of love and depair... I better go see Master Fu."

As Isabelle was walking home... She thought to herself... "Ms. Dupain-Cheng is very strange sometimes. Oh well... She had too much coffee."

Later...

A knock at the door... "ah. Hello Mainette. What brings you here again?"

"Hey Master Fu. I have a question for you." Marinette said.

"Is it about that transferred student in your class?" Master Fu asked.

"How did you know?" Marinette asked.

Master Fu chuckled. "After all these years you are still not use to it."

"Sorry. Anyways. Yes. It's about my new transfer student. Her name is Isabelle Parker. She's from Japan. She came to Paris for extra credit. But she looks so... so..."

"Damaged?" Master Fu asked.

"Yes. That's the word. Damaged. She had a horrifying past and I feel something inside telling me I want to do something for her." Marinette explained. "That's why I've come to you. What should I do?"

"You sense potential in this Isabelle, her past is a scar that will not heal from her eye. And you want her to a good person and fall into the depair so she can be an easy prey for Mayura or even Hawk Moth's clone Hawkmonster."
