If you think about it,
Dreams are a wonderful thing.
But when they are nightmares you get,
They strike terror in every fiber of your being.
Try to get rid of them.
All you can do is try.
But even if you do everything you can,
Your eyes will stay open and get dry.
With every good thing there is always some evil
And that goes for dreams as well.
But the nightmares you get will remain
And after them you will never be the same.
Nightmares are made of demons that remain inside.
You can outrun them, but you can't hide.
A dream is your conscience trying to restore
Everything that has been damaged before.

I took the inspiration from my nightmares, since I got a lot of them when I was younger. They are still horrifing to me whenever I talk about them. *shivering intensifies*
