Birthday Party

Hanna only wanted one thing for her birthday and she already knew that she more then likely wasn't going to get it. She had stopped going to see Olivia, the more she went the more depressed she felt. Every time she was there Olivia was getting worse rather then getting better. Everyone around her tried to be optimistic but in time that faded away too. To make matters worse her birthday is close to Valentines day and she saw her friends and family with their significate others. Hell even Torb started calling his turret baby. Hana couldn't list the number of times he said "Do you here me baby" or "Hold it together" When she first heard him say "Do you here me baby she was sure he was talking to Brigitte. Which Brigitte was a whole other issue on its on. Brigitte was fun, sweet and super nice. She was patience with Hana even though Hana knew how Brigitte felt about her. Hana would do her best to put on a happy face when she was with her friends and family. But when alone she still felt like part of her was missing. She knew what it was and it just felt like everything wasn't finished. That there was more story for her and Olivia that just disappeared. Never written even though there was so many questions left unanswered. Honestly she wasn't even sure what she would do if she saw Olivia at this point. It would be something that felt like a dream but also Hana was angry. How could she just dump all of her memories. Everything that they had together and just thrown away. Hana knew it was more then that, Olivia was trying to protect everyone. In the end she did but it didn't stop Hana from being mad.

"Hey we just have to pick up your cake and then we can head back" Lena said but Hana was in her own thoughts worried about her own things. Then Lena's phone rang she looked at it and smiled.

"Hey babe" Lena said and right away Hana knew that she was talking to Amelie. Hana took a few steps from Lena so she could talk on the phone. Lucio was supposed to be with them as well but they left him behind at a store when he was taking to long. He knew where they went so he could meet up with them when he was ready to. Lucio had been trying to make up for everything he did when Olivia was around. Everything he did out of jealous he was now trying to be better. She knew it was because he was now seeing someone. Even though her wouldn't say who it was they at least got then he was dating someone. Hana knew she needed her friends more then ever. Hana was looking up at the sky while leaning against one of the walls near by. She saw Lucio running over waving while Lena was still on the phone.

"Who is she talking to?" Lucio asked.

"Amelia." Hana said

"Have you guys went and got the cake." Lucio asked and Hana shook her head no. Lucio nodded before going in to get the cake. As he passed Lena they looked eyes and right away knew something was wrong. Which meant that they more than likely would have to hide whatever was going on so that Hana didn't find out, at least not till after her birthday. Putting whatever it was off a day wouldn't hurt anything, well at least he hoped. He wasn't in the shop long and when he came back he had the cake for her party. When he came back out Lena was off the phone.

"We should head back" Lena said, Hana and Lucio just nodded in agreement. They walked back together but no one was saying anything. Lucio wanted to know what was going on but wasn't about to ask with Hana being close by in case it was something bad. As for Hana she just wasn't paying attention to them. She was just taking everything in that was around her. Trying so hard to find something that gave her the same feeling she had when she was with Olivia even if it was something silly and only for a moment. They made it back to base and everyone headed in side. The others had everything set up. Drinks, food, plates, games and presents. Looking at them all she could do was sigh. Don't get confused she was thankful and was going to put on a big as a happy face that she could and at least do her best to try and enjoy her time with her friends and family. She gave hugs to everyone that came and spent different moments with each person so that she was showing that she truly was thankful for all they have done for her. Which was more then she could ever repay them for. Especially Angela, Angela worked so hard day and night trying to come up with anything to get Olivia back. Fareeh also was very supportive and stuck by Angela and Hana the whole time. She would say that she was thankful to Moria too but she couldn't. She realized quickly that Moria had feelings for Olivia. She had no clue what lengths Moria would do to get Olivia back. It didn't help that Olivia was with Moria and Akande. With her being asleep it shouldn't have made a difference but still something was nagging in the back of her mind on the matter. What if Olivia did finally wake up and Hana wasn't there but Moria was would she lose Olivia? Would it even be the same person coming back that she lost. Part of Hana wanted to be there everyday by Olivia's side until she woke up. But the days that she did stay there with Olivia all she did was get mad. The question of how could she do this just played over and over. Lena realized Hana was spiraling down into one of her depressions and quickly walked over to her.

"Hey lets eat some cake and then we get open some presents what do you say?" Lena asked Hana put on her best smile that she could and walked over to the rest of the group. They sand happy birthday and everyone had cake. After that she opened her gifts and everyone got her great things. There were clothes, new games, parts for her mech. The parts for her Mech reminded her that the one was mess up bad. She needed to put a lot of work into her mechs. She had been careless more then once and has smashed up more then one of her mechs. She knew that for the one mech she wouldn't be able to fully repair it because it was the one Olivia did the special upgrades on. It was as if she ever wanted to move past what they had she was still trapped with a lingering part of Olivia. As the party started to come to and end Hana saw Lucio whispering with Lena and Angela. When they saw Hana it was clear that they decided to stop talking about whatever it was.

"So did you have a good birthday?" Angela asked with a big smile. Hana nodded.

"yea but what were you guys talking about?" Hana asked and Angela didn't miss a beat.

" Well it just a surprise we have one more gift" Angela said and pulled out a big box. Hana looked at it confused before opening it. She found the most up to date computer system she smiled before giving Angela a hug.

"Thank you I will go set it up right now." Hana grabbed it and headed towards her room at first she had some pep in her step when she was able to be seen by the others. But she stopped and stood against the wall knowing that this wasn't what they were talking about.

"So what do you mean she is just gone?" Lucio asked

"I don't know, Amelia said that Moria told her that Olivia woke up and wasted no time to leave. She figured she would come here but clearly she isn't." Lena said. Hana's heart broke. She woke up and then just ran off? did she even know who she was? did she remember and just not want to come back to her? Hana felt tears swell in her eyes as she opened the door to her room. She closed the door and slide down it with her eyes closed and just cried.
